I know it doesn’t look like much of a waterfall right now but in the summer, it’s such a beautiful sight. I like this though because of all the leaves and the reflection off the water.

Hostas are everywhere in Wisconsin in summer, but none were quite so beautiful as these with rays of sun shining through their giant leaves. Original is a watercolor painting of hostas at Shake Rag Alley, Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Awarded a Wisconsin Regional Artists Association Honorable Mention in 2007.

I’m not sure what this plant is. Its in my garden and has the most gorgeous purple folliage with little pink flowers which only open during the day. As you can see the bees like it very much.
