this really two shots in one…the bird was taking during the day time flying over head, and the moon and clouds where taken at night while I was trying to shot the full moon peeking thru the clouds, I didn’t want to scrap the shoot so I made this…so what do you think?

The Shoal fly by sculpture located at the docklands across the road from Etihad Stadium. This image kept coming back to me as one that I liked so I uploaded it! Taken with my Canon 40D and processed as always in Adobe Lightroom 2.

Acrylic on 16×20 stretched canvas Inspired by the Song: Fly by Night, written and performed by Rush. They are definately one of my favorite bands. I absolutely love that song! The lyrics to this song mean alot to me in that at one point in my life and from time to time throughout the rest of my life, I feel a change is neccesary but soemtimes it’s hard to get going with it. Each year as fall approaches, and soon thereafter Halloween, this quaint little shopping village has an invasion – of witches. You find them all over the place, with a fair number of them crashed like these. Though this place professes to be a “flying” training company, I don’t think much of their results. “Ghoulish Greetings” text digitally added.
