Don’t fight the currents… / This ocean of life is a powerful force. / Await the peak and ride the wave… Remain aware… / Prepare for…
Written in one of those moments of clarity…when i could really see and feel the ebb and flow of life.
Where do these paths I take lead me / through bends and bush and plain
Another bubble art inspired verse… sorry good art just moves me to poetry :o) / This new artist I have discovered is Di Jenkins and her work is Split Stream This is a place I hold dear to my heart. I cannot count the times I’ve hiked the tracks of Kirth Kiln! .... well for the last 30 years I have been a scout and Gembrook is the home of our scouting world in Victoria – Gilwell Scout camp! Right next door to Kirth Kiln. But beware NEVER swim in the Lochin alone! [the little lake that feeds this stream, situated by the bridge of the road at the boarder of the camp and the forest] – even on the hottest summer day the water would barely reach 5’’C !!! Definitely takes your breath away! / Thank you for this gorgeous shot that takes me home to my stomping ground :o) [Literally!] Please view Di’s amazing portfolio / Enjoy & Keep Happy! :o)
My meditative state takes me / To the place beyond this picturesque / Imagery, to the place that nature can’t explain.
People see the beauty of nature everywhere and never really think about how beautiful it really is. Its been so nice to see on RedBubble the amount of people who do acknowledge the beauty of nature, but now I want to pose the question as to why it is so beautiful and whether there’s a need for anything beyond nature. This is my first poem for a while so I hope you like it.
Teeth and claws, nails and razors, fangs and beady glowing eyes.

Angel of my loving heart / Conceived in visions of love
One interpretation of the Hindu goddess Saraswati is the female shakti or living manifesting power – of the arts, literature and musical talent and ability. To sustain this creative ability we will, in all likelihood it seems, have contact with an angel or angels (otherwise known as devas) from the etheric realms or an angel in human form who bring this particular kind of energy into our aura and replenishes it from time to time as we commune with it. The ability to write well in the vedic (Hindu) system is known as the Matruka Shakti
Give me poetry that I can see your face in / That I might touch the very fabric of your soul.
Well, it’s a poem about poetry. I wrote it back in 2003 for the man who would be my husband – The Reason I Breathe – James Leader.
I dreamed I sent an email to a broken hearted female / Cause I’d met her in a forum on redbubble months ago
My apologies to Banjo Patterson for this less than serious rip-off based on and including tracts from his classic Australian poem Clancy of the Overflow Although it’s silly it holds some truths, particularly the concept of communicating with and becoming close to people on sites like this but feeling hamstrung when it comes to offering them any real physical support when you know they’re feeling down or doing it tough.
And so we live beautifully haunted yet jacketed by thought
Sometimes things just flow and something wonderful and new is experienced …
THE QUEST FOR HEAVEN
dark and silky smooth to the touch… I pondered on the question…
As a young child I had the realisation that nature could and would survive without the presence of man but not man without the presence of nature… Recent feature in Midnight Ramblers

Change is good, but only if caught between thoughts; there is where infinity hides.
You set the course / Of where to go / Heading the wheels / In the direction of your flow Some go fast / And some go slow / For this is …
Be, / as water is, / without friction. Flow around the edges / of those within your path. / Surround within your ever-moving depths / those…
