Someday… on a clear, still, moonlit night; / To the beach, is where we’ll go. / With a blanket and hot chocolate already packed; / Walk, hand in hand, on soft, warm sand; / Down to the water’s edge, where we’ll dance awhile; / Oh, to hold you close and whisper in your ear; / Those three words you’ve longed to hear. / Brush aside the hair which hides your face; / See a smile grow and laughter kiss your lips; / Then sit with you ‘til dawn‘s early light; / Your hand in my left, hot chocolate in my right. / Precious moments, dreams and memories; / Someday… with you, I want to share.
From an unknown image I used painted collage/saran wrap/varnish to enhance the surrealism of the work.
Portrait of a guy (Indian or Black American) underlying a bolted frame plate covered in a block print along with surrounding abstract shapes and textures, some flat, some in 3D. A white airbrushed cloud was added to this composition to bring more depth between the shapes also creating a frosty cold air feeling for this black and white image. 1-6-07

The beauty of cosmos with the bokeh of night-time, just off the famous Nakamise street in Asakusa.
I found this nice clump of daisies up in Oimachi, not far from where we live. Beautiful.
Vicious / you hit me with a flower / You do it every hour / oh, baby, you’re so vicious Lou Reed This is for the new T-shirt Revolution Challenge! The image of the guns came from a royalty free photo of the symbol of Finsbury Park Tube Station, which was my tube stop when I lived in London.
Peace, love, Uzis
Many thanks to Paul Louis Villani for being so generous with his time to come and model for me. You’re a gentleman and a scholar. (he also is certainly not a bachelor, my apologies to his lovely wife Anna for cloning out his wedding ring!) Please make sure you view it LARGE.

It is saying to me: “I’m finished!” So I’m posting it. I must have created it last summer (southern hemisphere) around Christmas time by the look of the Hydrangeas in the vase and the scattered Agapanthas that I picked from the garden. The tablecloth is a lovely linen one that I bought from an Op Shop and the jug was bought many years ago at a jumble sale when I started acquiring objects for still life paintings. The northern light streams through the lounge room window and I often set up my work here. Oh for the memories… Features: / Digital Brushstrokes
