Ever wonder what nightmares make Old Nick toss and turn in his sleep after he snacks on last weekend’s Thai leftovers just before bedtime? I like to think it goes something like… this. “Smile, Darn Ya, Smile…”
Title stolen from a Switchfoot song, but not an original idea… Enjoy!

Poppys in a Wheat Field Was captured in East Sussex, UK. Camera Nikon D700 with 24-120mm Lense. After dropping my son Joe and his fieancee Michelle at Gatwick Airport, I decided instead of heading back to London, I’d head for the coast once again. However, on the way, I spotted a lovely high hill and decided to make a quick detour to see if there were any high sweeping views of the Sussex Downs to capture. What attracted my attention though was simply a few poppies in a field of wheat. The rest is history:-) After taking a few shots of the poppies I headed off again towards, Birling Gap on the East Sussex coast. /
