A belief that Life is to be celebrated, not just the ups but the downs too. It is easier to give thanks and rejoice when things go well for us but can we still do the same when things dont turn out the way we want them to? In dry or in bountiful times, I keep reminding myself to count my blessings…to adopt the mindset of abundance and not of scacity.
