This work is created from an original pencil drawing (110gsm Cartridge Paper) and framed and multiplied (using Powerpoint) to enhance the final work. There is something so inviting about a muskoka chair.
I just couldn’t resist this dormer window decorated with geraniums and ornamental grass! The window belongs to an old building in the Place Jacques-Cartier of Old-Montreal. I had rented a Nikon 80-200mm for the weekend. Focal length 105 mm / ISO-800 / Aperture f/2,8 / Shutter 1/30 sec. Shot in manual mode on a monopod / Nikon D60 / AF-S Zoom-Nikkor 80-200 mm f/2.8D ED Post-processing in Photoshop involved levels, curves, slight desaturation, burning, and some cloning out of unwanted lens flare, cob webs, and distracting ledge below the window. /
A bench looks very inviting, surrounded by beautiful flora, as the late evening sun casts a golden glow, and the long shadows creep up on the scene. Photo was taken in Kingwood Estates, Mansfield, Ohio. /
