Just to show, I do occasionally shoot a few floral macros as well as the scenic compositions that I tend to favour. 12×18 pastel on Wallis sanded paper This is the first of a series I plan to do on the elemental wind spirits of the four directions. The Wind of the East is the wind of rebirth and of Spring. Our ancient ancestors always knew what direction they were facing and connected with the spirits of all directions. By connecting with these ancient spirits too we can begin to feel connected to the Oneness of all that is.
