Taken at Kempenfelt Bay, Lake Simcoe, Barrie, Ontario Canada on Monday June 2nd/08. Leaning over the docks I noticed this school of minnows that kept dispersing and rejoining in intricate patterns in the water. My husband did not think I should upload this to RB but I find it an interesting abstract of the underwater world. Close up macro of a water-spewing fish on a fountain at the Kennywood amusement park. Many people simply walk past this charming fountain on their way to the Exterminator, Pittsburgh Plunge or Phantom’s Revenge, but I always stop to enjoy the novelty of it. Got some strange looks from people while hanging halfway into the fountain to get this close to the little fish. These Chunkies have been very therapeutic to create over the holidays, whilst taking a break from red bubble and having my family around. I have many more to come, and although I won’t be on RB as much, I hope to also be doing some serious painting this year…so i look forward 2009 with much anticipation …
