This is my favorite snap I got of Lal on our trip to Sapphire Valley. It was a beautiful day [even through I still had my sweater on,lol!!] about 60 degrees.Awesome blue skies.And we wondered by this breathtaking lake. Lake Glenville is the location right beside a state park. Lal was daydreaming of fishing of course,lol.Wishing he had brought a rod & reel with him. He even found a spot he wanted a house and boat slip naturally.The old bass boat would get a workout here,lol.

Pond Fairies. Saulxures sur Moselotte, Les Vosges, east of France. When I was child, I was fishing in this lake with my grand-father. I even win a contest. I cached a 500g tench ! — Saulxures sur Moselotte, Les Vosges, est de la France. C’est l’étang ou j’allais pêcher avec mon grand-père quand j’étais petit. J’y ai même gagné un concours. J’avais chopé une grosse tanche de 500g !

This is a DAC image. The mountains are my pine cone seeds recharacterized to look like mountains peaks. The snow coloring is from the Selective Coloring effect filter in Photoshop. The cabin is layer/blended on the mountain top, the logs and fence is a telephone pole I layer/blended to make those items, the birds are brushes, the fish at the lake are layer/blended, the wolf is layer/blended on the side of the mountain, the skiff is a brush and the water at the bottom is another image recharacterized to give the image of flowing water. / All this was done in Photoshop 7 and using Flaming Pear plugins for some of the effects. / This is the AFTER image. / / image is the BEFORE image. / I was experimenting with using images that could make another picture. / This art work is registered copyright© 2008 and any copyright infringement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in the USA and International.
