this is the exit/entrance area of the Hungerburg cable car station, designed by Zaha Hadid. the station is pretty modern, uses a lot of plastic, lots of concrete and lots of light. / all the stations of the underground (altogether 4 of them) are designed the same way. as the stairs do not start neither end at the same level, the construction looks a bit weird on the photo. Judging Freshness of Fish / Flesh should be firm or elastic to the touch, even to the point of rigor mortis. Odour should be clean and pleasant, like brine or freshwater, with no ‘fishy’ smell around the gills. (Shark / Skate sometimes have an amonia smell which should disappear with aciduation).
