My partner took me to a place near the Grand Hotel down Gold Coast way and there were a huge amount of these birds hanging around a fish shop. / The birds are fed once a day and to see them all lining up for tucker and then fighting one another for the fish is a sight I’ll never forget. Some of them let you get a bit closer to them and using the long end of the zoom helps to get some good close ups. I liked the perspective of this and hope you do to….... / I can’t wait to get back there with the new camera to see what I can achieve this time…

All the photographic elements I love are here ! Colour and Graphics, Rough v Smooth.
Taken in the underwater tunnel at Deep Sea World in North Queensferry, Fife near Edinburgh. It was down to luck that the shark appeared where it did and everyone turned to look.
This painting was done specially for my husband’s office bathroom. It was painted a deep purple and had a cartoon-like fish border which made it impossible to find a picture to match. So I did this 18 X 24 oil on canvas painting to match the colors and decor! It has been awarded a ribbon at an art show… Thank you for stopping by to view my work and much appreciation to those who wish to comment! :) I appreciate each and every one! God Bless! /
Part of an assignment for TAFE. The original was a pencil render, which I then scanned and treated in PS3. (c) Sarah Moore 2008

As it is dinner time, as I post this work, I thought that a nice food shot will do the trick. This is a British favourite and an aussie one too (without the mushy peas though, just normal peas please…) – Fish, Chips and Mushy Peas. What will you be having for dinner tonight? This was taken with a Canon DSLR EOS 20D camera using studio lighting. This shot was featured in the UK to Australia and Back Group.
