  • Layers and Layers of collage, paint glazed over and over again to get the depth and maintian pure colour, / Looking into this painting for some time see what you can see, the more you look the more you see,

  • A long lens and a little patience rewarded me with a silhouetted fishing boat with a large glowing sun in the background. This was taken at Bang Sare. One of my favourite sunset locations. I used to go there often when I lived in Bangkok but it is many hundreds of kilometres from where I live now.   • A row of fishing boats, still water and a beautiful blue sky provide a superb scene for a peaceful image. I took this about 4 years back and am still always drawn to it.   • So this little known place is probably the closest I will ever get to tropical paradise. Its called Wayag, and is a group of Islands off the Western Coast of West Papua in Indonesia. Its quite a story about how I got here (i hope to write it up some time soon), but I want to pay full credits to my friend Simon Mammino for his assistance in getting this shot.   • Rockhopper This species of penguin occurs in subantarctic waters of the western Pacific and Indian Oceans, as well as around the southern coasts of South America. The Southern Rockhopper Penguin is classified as Vulnerable species by the IUCN. Its population has declined by about one-third in the last thirty years. Their common name refers to the fact that unlike many other penguins which negotiate obstacles by sliding on their bellies or by awkward climbing using their flipper-like wings as aid, Rockhoppers will try to jump over boulders and across cracks.
