This has had the formamidine sulphinic acid treatment (type of sepia toning),and has then been re-scanned into Photoshop. Once there it’s just had a touch of burning and dodging done in photoshop to draw the eye into that seagull squarking “Maaate, maaate, maaate”...

Osphre soaring past palm trees, after his morning fishing. Notice the surprised fish he’s hold in his claws. Beautiful sunrise morning skys were as taken off my balcony on Fripp Island, SC. This composition was created from two images which were put together in photoshop using layers and extraction functions. Canon 5D, 75-300 zoom

Looking up from 30m towards the sun, you can see divers ascending the wall to the boat. This beautiful temperate reef at Bowen Island has a series of vertical walls, covered in colourful sponges and bryzoa. The sandy bottom at around 35m is a foavourite gathering place for Port Jackson sharks. Jervis Bay Marine Park, Australia

this mixed media work….ORIGINAL SOLD…... portrays the sweetness of island life. She reminds me of Dolly Dingle only as name because I don’t really remember who Dolly is, visually. Maybe because she is soooo sweet like a doll, unreal…yet real in my heart…..the bliss and beauty of living in paradise…truly a feeling I have quite often….YET I have felt it everywhere I have lived since once we REALLY see a place…or a person…...the true and only beauty shines through as we all carry paradise within and see it in what we choose to see it in…............ /

There are dolphins there, with whom i connected daily and a lot of sealife, including birds, seastars, rays, fish…. the original drawing is gifted to Jack, a fellow artist i met on Tangalooma and now friend, who really appreciated this drawing so much, that I felt greatly encouraged….
