Looking at this peony I can only think of the word Splediferous. So lovely in shades of pink and violet and confidently just being itself.

Cottages hold a great fascination to me and I find I love to paint them. This one was basking in the afternoon sun and I hop I captured this in my painting.
I’m going through my old files and found this of a hibiscus stamen. I love hibiscus, especially the stamen because it’s fuzzy and reminds me of fuzzy lolipops haha. Anyway, I took this with my sigma 105mm macro lens. Enjoy!

It’s total nonsense of course, but I didn’t go to law school for nothing…..giggles / Please take a second to view larger, so you can read this in its entirety. Thanks!!! I’m feeling like I’m standing on the edge of something, shivering with the flames of doubt, and trying not to not fall. To counteract all the vacillation, I’m trying things I wouldn’t normally try. Like this card.
I had to pop down to Eastbourne, UK to collect an oven won on ebay. I took the hour before the collection to take some pictures of the pier, it was a tad windy but the sky was lovely. As it turned out the oven description was fraudulent so I didn’t get it in the end, but I did come away with something I liked better. Canon 5D, 24-70mm at 24mm, f/9, 1/320 sec, ISO 500. No filters used. Dust and scratches removed in photoshop. Chromatic aberration removed from dark/light edges. My computer took two full days non stop to render this creation of mine. It is based on the last fractal I did, with some added numbers and adjustments,I used with AP3. In the close up shot you can see the extensive detail. At a distance I think it looks something like an Abstract Sea Star but close up, looks like woven fabric. / This is best seen close up. / Am an Artist located in NW Oregon. Here is a close up. /
