portland oregon / january ‘08 i have to say – portland is one of the most beautiful places on the planet – in the summer… also have to say – i’ve fallen in love with night shots in the rain. as a side note – the second light in the distance so matches the first it looks like i’ve photoshopped it in. this is as is. i converted to black and white – but didn’t do other editing. this is really what portland looks like. :) www.elliewinds.com
