An edit of a photo i took at Cape Otway Lighthouse just of Victoria’s Great Ocean Road in Australia a few months ago on the 28th of February 2008. HDR’d in Photomatix from one RAW file . Found a pic of some birds i took at Elwood Beach a while ago and added them in Photoshop. Some tweaking was also done in Lightroom including the black and white conversion and above is the end result. The Lighthouse is just one of many beautiful attractions in the Great Otway National Park. CAPE Otway Lightstation is the oldest, surviving lighthouse in mainland Australia. The light, which has been in continuous operation since 1848, is perched on towering sea cliffs where Bass Strait and the Southern Ocean collide. For thousands of immigrants, after many months at sea, Cape Otway was their first sight of land after leaving Europe. This is a PS composite of three Holga shots, the Frisco skyline, a window on Alcatraz and me on the tube in London. What I am trying to say here is that deep underneath everything that exists, there is a filthy window, and if you can peer through this darkness and into your imprisoned inner being you can see …... ....that the fucking Northern Line is suspended again.

Wacky aliens, even wackier planets, and wacky situations that make the wacky-meter go completely bonkers! / I can almost guarantee that you’ll not find a calendar quite like this one anywhere…ever. / (I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing exactly, but it’s the truth.)

I’m not entirely sure yet about posting movie premiere shots as images (rather than journal entires like this one ) however I guess if people like them as independent shots I’ll do so. I’m not a Pap – and these were taken in a public place of a public event so my understanding is that these are okay to publish? Anyway, David Duchovny / Gillian Anderson aka Mulder and Scully for The X-Files : I Want to Believe, taken July 2008. And I absolutely must give thanks for the Pap whose flash went off so fortuitously in this photo – it completely changed this image into something rather unexpectedly good!

A cluster of Biscuspinor eggs floats in the gaseous atmosphere of this planet. We can also see a few Aethroa worms that seem to be companion organisms to the Biscuspinor. / The Biscuspinor eggs seem to carry these ring-like objects with them. The reason for this is unknown. Another oddity is that although we have been on this planet for two days now we have never seen what a hatched Biscuspinor looks like. We can only speculate at this stage. Further biological research will have to wait. We cannot stay here for much longer as oxygen supplies seem to be rapidly depleting and a peculiar mould is appearing everywhere inside the ship. / The planet is inhospitable. The atmosphere is extremely toxic. / Wait a minute . . . as I write this there is a change to my skin structure . . . / message ends message ends message ends / Created in GroBoto and Photoshop. / Music by Lustmorde.
