I was playing around with a sunset photo I had taken, when I got the idea for a planet similar to Earth, populated with humanoid type creatures who find something to grumble about regardless of the situation. Their conversation might go something like: I can’t believe it Zhrikplatth, that’s the third time this Dasnuba that the skyhop has been late. Keep your veins in, Krryp, at least we can enjoy another methane sunset while we wait.

I´ve been thinking for a long time on a tribute to this monumental song written by Cole Porter, which is also a signature song for Frank Sinatra. Electric Brain / Science fiction has been mentioning artificial intelligence for decades. However it’s becoming more and more a reality. Robots are being build to resemble humans in every way and computers are able to proces data with superhuman speed. / So what will the future bring for humanity? Do we all have a robot clone which takes over our day job, so that we can do whatever we like? Or are we going to be upgraded with implants to make our brains work faster and more efficient? / This may be a distant future, but this t-shirt will bring the future to you! I guess it doesn´t make much sense to talk about how some words keep floating in our minds for some time, and the need to create something in order to, somehow, get rid of them or, at least, to live in peace with them. It doesn´t make much sense, I know, not here. / The day I read One tear by Linaji I knew I´d have a hard time with the expression “private tear”. This is all I could do to compensate those feelings.

This calendar features stunning and rare images from the acclaimed re-imagined series Battlestar Galactica. These images are taken by Dennys Ilic, who was lucky enough to be present with camera in hand during the conclusion of the series. Each month of the calendar celebrates the sets and hardware of the series and are but a few of the thousands of images taken at that time.
