Illustration of a giftbox with a red and white spotted lid and stripes on the sides, and a green ribbon on top. Perfect as a Christmas card or gift, or for any special occasion or celebration! I love gift boxes and lovely wrappings. When I was younger I was the designated family gift-wrapper. I suspect that it was more because the rest were far too lazy to do it than any particularly excellent skills on my part, but I loved the whole wrapping process … Apparently I also drove the family nuts as I would also takes AGES to unwrap my own gifts. Did you notice that apples were being hook on human body? This is the way HIndu devote apple to their Lord Murugam. Believe it or not, they did’t feel any pain & it was bloodless in the skewere process because super natural spirit had been entered into the human body. I saw the whole process. Really amazing. Capture this in the recent Thaipusam festival at the famous Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. My friend, Richard, had written an excellent article for this religious festival.
