Arcylic painting with mixed media. This idea was taken from my young childhood days sketchbook . / Sometimes i used to go in a big field, away from it all.. / with my skecthbook and paints, looking up at the sun, to me the sun’s rays used to look like all these sparkling, and dazzling rays, coming towards me. With the fields and corn everywhere, i used to see patterns and images , as the breeze blew them into this and that shape, or is it, and always be, the fact i just have a creative head with illusions in me, .............. don’t know, will anyone ever understand how i see things….......

Enlighten in a flash / From a series where I work to express the deepest emotions, both positive and “negative”. Armed with my Nikon D300 and a flashlight. I try to keep the ps-work to a minimum to not loose the ethereal energy the method some times captures. iso 100 f:15 s=30” tripos and flashlight. Only normal editing. Coloured Pencil and Ink on 280 gsm Glass Ivory Paper - / (40cm x 60cm) Worked on this one for over a week, through the wee small hours of the mornings. All my art is cathartic, it’s how I balance my life, creating is my reason to go on. When I’m up I create, when I’m down I create, creativity is my balance. I did this as one of my first experiments into coloured pencil art, and found the whole ‘colouring in’ process so very relaxing and calming. I couldn’t help but feel happyness and joy while doing this. I spent every moment I could as a child, laying on my tummy, drawing, colouring. This shot was taken of the window of the original Black Springs Bakery building in Beechworth, Victoria, Australia. It has a very french provincial feel to it, though. This was taken in autumn with a Canon DSLR EOS 350D camera and a 18-55mm lens.
