A weathered woman looks out from her spot on an old bench on the back porch of the Casa.
this picture was take with one of the little plastic lomo cameras that I’m taking with me on my big trip south in a couple of days…...its a little four lens action camera and as you can see it takes a series of four images in succession on the one frame…. the image is of a particularly lovely twisted and knarled old tree trunk down but the forshore of the harbour near where I live.

My favorite spot to sit in my backyard-peeling paint and all.
In the cold autumn evening they gather to feast together. What a loving sight this is to behold! There was no fear of me, they did not run. I felt like a special guest invited to gather with them. And so … I did … I feasted on their beauty! OH …. And I MUST say ............................. WAY TO GO PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES - we waited a long long time for this :)
It feels, sometimes, like I have been chasing my dreams all my life! Maybe that is because when I was a child my dream was to be a ballet dancer, an actress, a nun (I was not even Catholic!), a princess, a concert pianonist, an opera singer, and National Velvet … just to name a few!!! Yes, my dreams have changed but my visions are still very lofty … up in those clouds! But today … I believe that if you can dream you can attain it. So, I may be chasing my dreams and maybe I am not so fast a runner anymore but my dreams are coming into reality a little more each day. And though I may not be as fast running as some, I have stamina … I will never stop! This is me … chasing my dreams! (ok, so I was never a blonde … use your imagination .. hehe!) —Judi
Another very tiny daisy that posed for me on the stairs so I could get my tripod to it in the perfect window-light…the very same daisy as this one. Please see my Etsy listing for this image – and purchase a pearlescent metallic print of this beautiful photograph! This black and white daisy would look really great in a charcoal frame and black mat: /
