I think this was pure affection from a young bird to her father. Male red-winged blackbirds do not usually feed their young,” according to one source I read. The female was close by, with lunch, yet this juvenile blackbird wanted contact with the male and she got it. I was moved to witness this on Father’s Day, 2008, and although it is an older image in my portfolio, it is one of my favorite song bird images. The image was captured at a small marsh between Campbell River and Gold River, on Vancouver Island, Canada.

From a recent travel to Bhutan. This grandfather came from his village with his granddaughter on his back to attend a ceremony in the local buddhist temple. Bhutan is an interesting place where the traditional and modern worlds collide. This child looked at the camera suspiciously, as if to say what is out there in the world. The grandfather had a big smile as if to say, I am content.

I began to climb when we got the region..And then, I climbed around 5000 ft.. Then the mist began.. So I had to stop climbing cause it was getting risky and I dont like making mistakes “in purpose”.. I waited around 10 mins but saw the mist was coming up on me.. So I gave up and decided to go back down.. :)) This time it didnt want me to climb.. So I got back and after 5 mins, storm began with the wind.. :(( (anyways, I did the right ) / In this week we will try again and again… Although we get the forecast from the satellite, it doesnt somehow match (or it changes too fast) :)) I keep posting them in serie :) / This one is one of the first shots when I got to region.. / Well I keep trying :)) TAke Care All :)) / Region Arhavi -TURKEY

I felt this come through for me. Our little cosmos here.. I am but a particle 7 .. (cause I like the way it sounds, the number 6 is lucky for me.. but somehow 7 fit today) I looked up what number 7 means.. / God introduced the Number Seven as a symbol of the completion of His initial creative act. / So there you go.. I though the power of Co Creation.. completed this act of creation.. so love mystery..and Life..xox
