If you ever want a photographic challenge, stand in front of one of those giant carnival slides and try and track the people in order to get a clean panning effect, may even more difficult by the fact they are coming towards you. Very challenging and I think, once you master carnival rides, panning on a normal street should be dead easy. / The race I captured seems unfair. It is always the heaviest person that gets to the bottom first. It’s obvious. Wasn’t there a famous theory about a feather and a stone and maximum velocity?? / Photographed at the Royal Melbourne Show
