A little play on images, from photos I’ve taken. My country seems to be crumbling before my eyes with a false facade and so much corruption and lies.

Goat. Photo based illustration. “The scapegoat was a goat that was driven off into the wilderness as part of the ceremonies of Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, in Judaism during the times of the Temple in Jerusalem. The rite is described in Leviticus 16. / The word is more widely used as a metaphor, referring to someone who is blamed for misfortunes, generally as a way of distracting attention from the real causes.” (quoted anonymous)

Hello, Today we released a new version of RedBubble – but there were problems so we ultimately reverted back to the previous version. Today’s update included an upgrade to the magic we use to build RedBubble (Ruby on Rails version 2.1). Unfortunately Ruby on Rails Version 2.1 broke RedBubble. Specifically it broke the ability to report activity. We tested version 2.1 on our test instances of RedBubble – and all looked fine. But there’s something going on with the live site that we don’t understand. After releasing today we tried for two hours to get to the bottom of the problem – but with no joy. This is a hard problem. So we decided to revert back to the old website while we dig into the details (it’s never good idea to fix a hard problem under time pressure). With any luck we’ll have the problem(s) solved by this time tomorrow and we can re-release this update to RedBubble. Thanks for you understanding – and thanks to John and Xavier who are going to have a busy 24 hours. Cheers, Peter edit – There are still a couple of layout issues since we have rolled back to the older version. We’re working on them now. Thanks for your patience. Ready, set go! by eileenlangsley
