The freezing cold temps couldn’t stop the strong flow of water in the gorge at Letchworth State Park NY. Inspiration Point is just that year round even in January! /

This is the set of falls we are buiding a hydro dam on…Then Manitoba will be selling the energy to the USA…If at least they would keep it in the country, it would be profitable… But I guess no one cares about the consequences…The next generations won’t be able to see the nicest set of falls they had in Northern Manitoba. Also this land use to be a sacred ground for the Aboriginal community of the area…I guess everything has a price… So long Mother Earth…When you go, we’ll all go with you…

A shot I took from the side of the road on my way to Tallangatta, around Autumn. Was early in the morning, frost was on top of everything….......including my fingers at this point. Glad I stopped for a quick snap.

This is in the Tremont area of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is not called Snowy Falls, but I thought I would call it this due to the snow on the rocks. All proceeds from the purchase of this image will go to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
