An old abandoned Farm house in Yorkshire, a place called Crow edge, not much left now, The person i went with today told me she used to play in here when she was a child, it was empty then!! such a shame, this really was a beautiful house, more pics to follow soon of the outside.
Another shot of the poor MG and the house this time, i couldnt get any better shot than this due to the lens not fitting between the gaps in the fencing. / To add insult to injury, the poor guy told me that he had just washed and waxed the car and filled it up with fuel the night before!!
Another from the pine forest in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, Sunday 20 April. With the picturesque shack, lichen covered pine trees, red mushrooms, and then the mist rolling in, I was torn in so many directions – in the end I made an attempt to get all elements in the one shot! / / Margo has kindly provided me with the following info on the red mushrooms – glad I didn’t taste any – I could have flown like Santa’s reindeers!!! / / (1) The Fly Agaric Amanita muscaria is the famous white-spotted red toadstool beloved of children’s book illustrators. They are widely known as one of the few poisonous fungi in the UK, but it is not generally realised that this is because they are in fact strongly psychedelic. Eaten raw, they cause stomach cramps, hallucinations1 and, possibly, death. In some parts of Europe they have long been associated with magic and legend. In Lapland, reindeer regularly get high on them and are seen to leap around, giving rise to the story of Santa’s flying reindeer. Lapps have a custom of deliberately feeding them to their deer, and then collecting and drinking the urine because most of the toxins are filtered out by the reindeer’s digestive system. 1 They are not the same thing as ‘magic mushrooms’. (2) Also, ‘toad-stuhl’ is a German name meaning ‘seat of death’. _ / Landscapes Trees Cards EOD Rusty Flowers Architecture Macro CatchAll DM / /

Tiny dandelion seeds against a colorful paper… Enjoy!
House is on top of a hill in Swan Valley Idaho… Art is interpreted differently as everything is interpreted differently thru a persons eyes. Some might see this as a great house with alot af deapth an A+ picture taking location. Others might connect with it on a deeper more emotional level. They may view themselves as an empty house sitting alone on top of a hill in the middle of nowhere. This might be what some strive for…isolation and silence. Whatever stirs that spark of magic that is still deep down that hasent yet been combed out, spanked out or washed out as you grew to who you are today..Take that magic and run with it!!!!

There’s something very soothing and calming about these water drop/condensation shots for me. Maybe it’s the perfect symmetry of the drops or the way they look like falling rain that’s frozen in time… either way they just make my stressfulness melt away. Anyway, this is condensation on a water bottle… I shot this using my macro lens and extension tubes as well as my flash. I don’t think I had a background on this one.. just the white screen of my computer. Enjoy!
Simply water droplets and the patterns they make… This is condensation on a water bottle, I used my macro lens for this one and the background was my computer screen. :D Enjoy!
I thought I would play around with this one a bit more ( I have it uploaded on here in b/w..Dead End) I decided to upload the color version and crop it a bit. / This was taken in Pigeon Michigan. Nikon D90 / 18-200 mm VR Lens

After spending the day with some fellow Keystone State group members at Rickett’s Glen, we looked for “The House on the Left” on the way home. This old abandoned place is on Route 487, a rural road near Benton, PA. Taken 10/26/09 I combined two layers – one clear and one out of focus and an airbrush eraser to create this image.
