This fairground ride was in Princess Street Gardens in Edinburgh. I caught this as the strobe lights were on and love how the metal of the seats came alive even though the people sitting in them was not.

St Kilda is one of Melbourne’s more famous seaside suburbs. Cafes, restaurants, gentle strolls along the pier, Sunday markets on the foreshore. Popular with locals and tourists alike. Weekends in summer are abuzz with activity. This beautiful old carousel is an original, and is one of the many attractions at Luna Park, on St Kilda’s foreshore. Taken at a Steam Fairground , I was surprised as I passed by to see this giant flag under the fairground ride where nearly all the rides were driven by steam.., so I photographed it and now its on Red Bubble !
