A photograph of water being poured with a pink background. It was fun doing this one, there was a lot of really funny ones in there but we both thought this one was one of the coolest.
Taken just before sunset with available light.
Enjoy! _

ILTHUANIA
This was a photo I took of my youngest daughter Shae Lauren at the end of our pixie photo shoot, where we were experimenting with lighting HERE . This was the pose that she gave me. My oldest daughter KAILA did the hair and makeup.
I put my heart and soul into this. It was more or less simbolic of what was me as a child emerging from pain. From an abusive childhood that i can’t bring myself to describe without feeling numb and bewildered to this day. i made this…. doll thing, it’s parts glewed together with barbed wire i made, on a painted canvas. Original artwork still in my possession. The dark style and structure of this piece encourage the feel of being trapped in a nightmare for its audience. If you find this piece appealing you might enjoy artists such as- /
Found object art. This piece is all about how ppl see you. Being or atleast looking different in a small town stirs attention and reaction. I am comfortable with the way i look feel and act. But there are ppl who can’t wrap their narro minds around originality. or thinking differently. or seeing things differently. People judge and they lable, or discreadit you for being you. This is a piece for all of you who think out side of the box. What you interperate from this piece is yours and yours alone.
SHE IS MY FRIEND DAUGHTER / LITHUANIA
Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth / And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; / Sunward I’ve climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth / Of sun-split clouds – and done a hundred things / You have not dreamed of – wheeled and soared and swung / High in the sunlit silence. Hov’ring there / I’ve chased the shouting wind along, and flung / My eager craft through footless halls of air. / Up, up the long delirious, burning blue, / I’ve topped the windswept heights with easy grace / Where never lark, or even eagle flew - / And, while with silent lifting mind I’ve trod / The high untresspassed sanctity of space, / Put out my hand and touched the face of God. (Pilot Officer Gillespie Magee / No 412 squadron, RCAF / Killed 11 December 1941)

Self-portrait (No. 1 in new series, Rootless Tree) You are as distant / as light years / as nearly gone / as a lost address / as a muffled voice / on the phone / indistinct in its absence… / a yellowed, fading photograph / curled in at the edges / but your smell / still lingers / like lilacs / on my fingers / and i sometimes see your face / reflected in passing windows…

Self-portrait Beginning to See the Light, Velvet Underground - “Well I’m beginning to see the light / Well I’m beginning to see the light / Some people work very hard / but still they never get it right Well I’m beginning to see the light / Wine in the morning and some / breakfast at night / Well I’m beginning to see the light Here we go again / playing the fool again / Here we go again / acting hard again / Well I’m beginning to see the light / Now I’m beginning to see the light I wore my teeth in my hands / So I could mess the hair of the night / Well I’m beginning to see the light / Hey I’m beginning to see the light I met myself in a dream / And I just wanna tell you - / everything was alright / I’m beginning to see the light Here comes two of you / which one will you chose? / One is black, one is blue / Don’t know just what to do Well I’m beginning to see the light / Well I’m beginning to see the light / Now I’m beginning to see the light Some people work very hard / But still they never get it right / Well I’m beginning to see the light There are problems in these times / Ah, but none of them are mine / Baby, I’m beginning to see the light Here we go again / I thought that you were my friend / Here we go again / I thought that you were my friend How does it feel to be loved? / How does it feel to be loved?”
