Although not the Disney version, the Hans Christian Andersen version, in which they’re a little wilder and more ethereal, and she dissolves into foam at the end. • This image was selected in September 2009 as a Featured Work in the group Abstract Macro Urban Art What people around the World are saying about “The Fury“ / “Great abstract. I really like your interpretation” Australia / “You can really see a story. Brilliant” United Kingdom / “Your work is great, but this is on a higher level. Utterly the best.” Canada / “Fabulous!” USA / “This is awesome….Great composition and shot!!!” Australia / “Wow! Fantastic! Amazing the stories that macros can reveal, and I can easily follow yours! Excellent color and shapes!” Quebec, Canada / “What you see in this image is so interesting.” USA Inspired by the recent wildfires in Southern California, in this image I see “fury” in two opponents. One being a massive wilderness fire raging with billows of smoke, ever menacing. The opponent being someone’s bravery making a stand with their own “fury” in an attempt to battle the blaze. In actuality, this abstract photograph is some rusted, aluminum siding splattered with tar that is being used as privacy fencing. Seen and captured in Tucson, Arizona’s Barrio Viejo district by JD Brummer.

  • This piece speaks of connectivity; between our male and female counterparts, and also between our dreams and thoughts. The male and female counterparts are looking at the same moon, united by their dreams, thoughts and wishes. The counterparts are represented as aspects of the self, but simultaneously as two individuals on opposite sides of the universe. They are separate yet together, different yet the same. By the light of the moon, they are one. This is the original work of Leni Kae (dip Colour Therapy), Copyright 2009 All rights reserved. Permission is required for use of this image. He had a message but he never delivered it well. / He didn’t think it through. / Clarity was never his strength; his world was fuzzy-love / and baby bunnies and happy singing snowflakes because of it. Does clarity really matter? / Is clarity really everything? Don’t ask him. / He’ll look at you with his many eyes of hope and compassion / And your resolve will melt before you know his answer.
