  • A cluster of small flowers (around a blade of grass in width) I found hidden amongst the reed and grass while shooting dragonflies. For a size comparison the pink leaf-thing towards the right side is a blade of grass. / Color editing since the original pink and yellowish green didn’t go too well together.

  • My first fractal! / I made it in MBF Lite, then tinkered with it in Photoshop. / Dedicated to Gregoryno6, without whose kind help, I couldn’t have done it. /

  • A macro shot (80-200 and extension tube) of a crocus flower with a small metal candle holder (the face), shot early in the morning, when shadows from nearby shrubs looked interesting. I tried to get just the stamens in focus and the shadow on the left to look like a figure with a distended belly. I attempted to make the whole effect slightly menacing – a contrast between innocence and evil. Velvia, Nikon F4, scan.

  • Condensation inside of a water bottle…. I have too much fun with those things, haha. The background was some metallic wrapping paper that I use a lot. I used my sigma 105 mm macro lens and extension tubes. Enjoy!
