Well, this has taken me a little while to put together… Maybe some of you have noticed I haven’t added anything in a while…, maybe you haven’t.. Anyways, this is one of the most musically influenced peices I have made.. I see it as a collection of different versus from very different songs. Song 1 – Death Cab for Cutie – Crooked Teeth / Song 2 – Thursday – War all the Time. Maye you see it as the battle your mouth endures everyday… The bombers are the toothpaste, killing all the plaque and tartar (the deposit from wines, potassium bitartrate)..or vise versa… The bombers are the Plaque and Tartar ruining your teeth every day without brushing. Either way, I hope you can find something in this to like. / / Enjoi!
This Image is a normal digital photograph, its not illustrated or CG, what you see is an explosion captured in time all i have done is crop and colour correct this image.
So there I was, just out for a walk along the beach at sunset. The explosive thermo-nuclear sunset to the west was begging for my attention, but to the east was this little black cloud, hoping to slip by un-noticed and join in all the sunset fun with the other clouds. I caught him in no man’s land, with nowhere to hide. I let rip with a 12 megapixel onslaught, and the rest is history. This image is brand new and will be removed when the quota is reached. In other words: it’s a limited edition. Crops and resizes by request. For more, see my portfolio. Ta.
I edited this picture with Microsoft Digital Image Suite. I took a picture of a dandelion and changed the coloring, just for fun.
I recently had a new experience with a close friend, it was pretty full on body tingling, emotions roaring, bathed in light kind of moment. He was pretty concerned that there was something wrong because I looked very flushed and got teary, haha. And I felt the need to represent this in my art. I usually do fairly dark personal works dealing with depression and such, so it was refreshing to come up with a lighter work dealing with my sexual pleasure without actually resorting to the exhibition of sexual organs.
You will not believe what this was originally, if you are curious have a look in my portfolio at “up close and personal”. It is the same rockface image which has had so much photoshop treatment I can’t remember exactly what I did. Thanks for dropping by.
Explosion of fireworks. With help from photoshop.I put a lot of work all in one picture.

This shot of a night bombing display was taken in March this year, at the Australian International Air Show at Avalon Airport, here in Melbourne. This frame was the result of guesswork, mainly. Why? Because you’re standing there, amid thousands of others, in pitch black conditions and you have no idea precisely where the ordnance is going to be dropped beside the runway perimeter. One of the problems shooting at an air show is trying to avoid the heads of hundreds of other spectators – so even though I’m well over six foot I was probably standing on tiptoe to shoot this sequence. I do not crop, enhance or post-edit my images in any way. Shot with a Pentax K100D, using a Sigma 70-300mm lens. F6.7, 1/125 sec, ISO 800, focal length 300mm. Featured in ALL ABOUT FIRE, July 2009.

This was fun to do, started as a little scribbled idea and evolved into this. All fully original vector art, took a while to think up all the instructional text though :P had to sound condescending and very sterile and military, hopefully it came off that way. And a few people might recognize a little funny reference I added to this design, just a little tip of the hat to a certain awesome video game. Detail: / —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-- / Text in design: Step 1. Take a single MX-1000 thermal h-class tactical hand GRENADE out of the mx-1000 Series 4.1 personal defense kit, hold and Firmly Pull safety Pin pull ring out of MX-1000 while maintaining strong pressure on safety latch to ensure against possible lethal premature detonation. The MX-1000 is now armed. Do not drop. Step 2. Vigorously Throw MX-1000 grenade (not safety pin pull ring) in preferred optimal trajectory towards desired target you intend to destroy, ensure safety latch has correctly detached and jettisoned from the MX-1000 prior to throwing MX-1000. 5 second detonation countdown timer will now activate. Very quickly Evacuate to designated safety location with MX-1000 Series 4.1 personal defense kit. Step 3. Take out, deploy and correctly aim supplied MX-1000 debris shield in direction of detonation, deflect any incoming soil, plant, animal, mechanical or Human and/or other debris that may have been in MX-1000 detonation radius, the target is now vaporized. Congratulations on successfully using the MX-1000 thermal h-class tactical hand grenade personal defense attack. (If you survived detonation and debris fallout, refer to step 4) Step 4. It’s late, your full of champagne and the chauffeur has just dropped you and your red dispatch boxes off with a rather fruity little number in a fox fur coat. There’s an unusual breeze through the open french windows and the heady smell of brimstone. A stylish gent sits watching you as if he owns the place. “Remember that bargain we made, Minister? Well….” Based on an image of the veteran American actor, John Barrymore.
