I felt the original of this lacked impact so I decided to go back to the table top and re-shoot. Many matches were hurt in the production of this image.

I thought this was a silly image of Jasper…. I know … another view of Jasper but I couldn’t resist this one … hope you aren’t getting too tired of photos of him Jasper was adopted by my daughter from a rescue group here in Utah. They take the rescued pets to the pet stores and put them up for adoption. My daughter fell in love with Jasper from the minute she saw him Have you ever felt this exhausted ? Or maybe down in the dumps? That is what this picture of Jasper looks like to me… I can relate to both feelings … / I have CFIDS (chronic fatigue immune dis-function) which leaves you most days feeling like a rag doll, or a deflated balloon, or like Jasper just flat out exhausted.. Some days I have to be my own cheerleader, to get up and out of a chair to get things done around the house….. Photography gives me the incentive to get outside and the computer keeps me sane when I can’t do much So when I was thinking of a name for this photo. Flat out exhausted was the first thing that came to my mind !

This is a resubmit with a larger file. I scanned this drawing with a flatbed scanner rather than take a photograph of it as I could retain more detail that way. I have always liked this portrait which was done from a live model in a classroom. The model was not wearing lipstick or eye shadow and she did not particularly look like this woman. The model just was just the frame upon which I built this idea of a “sexually exhausted” woman. Read into that what you will.
