Following on from Wrath is ‘Lust the Sin’ in the Sin series. This is the censored version as i was unsure as to the parameters of Redbubble’s ‘inappropriate content’ policy, im still not sure if this version should be deemed ‘appropriate’ but it’s part of the series so hopefully im safe! I was gob smacked to walk around a corner at this hotel / hospital to find this magnificent marble staircase waiting, the opulence of this thing was amazing. Even looking at these shots now i can think of other shots i should have done while i was there.

Simply everything about this shot impresses me with how ornate it is, the ceiling, the chandelier, the granite and marble stairs, the windows and the arches, its all just amazing. Seldom is it that you find stuff like this in a derelict that has not been stolen or broken, a truly wonderful find.

This is the main corridor you would have walked into had you come in the main entrance when this asylum was open. The boards in white on the back wall give directions to the various parts of the hospital and the plaque in the middle pays homage to the staff of this asylum who gave their lives in the world wars. Again the water on the floor provides some lovely reflections and symmetry here.

The headquarters of the Loch Modan leaders in the under city of Lygd. There, preparations are underway for the invasion of the nearby country of Assista. The un-touched shot of the moon was taken in the New England Region NSW and the Building was taken in Sydney NSW The moon image has not been worked on. It’s untouched. The building was taken on a rather sunny afternoon. and darkened in Photoshop. A composite of two potographs …processed in Photoshop CS3

Often when an explorer has other explorers visiting from other parts of the country, he will be asked to give a bit of a guided tour around the local derelicts. This shot is taken at one of my local asylums that I have been round tens of times, but always still offer people a guided tour because it continues to turn up wonderful shots like this, even after all this time.
