Arrested Expansion is a symbolic scene that depicts a combination of self-excluding objects that might not be present in real life. Objects in the secluded room make the viewer feel claustrophobic and unreal, which might be compared to someone’s mental delusion based on a medical condition. Image is a mixture of photo stock with some 2D vectors, and 3D objects. Photoshop, 3ds max, Illustrator. / The most common cause of cardiac arrest is a heart rhythm disorder or arrhythmia called ventricular fibrillation (VF). The heart has a built-in electrical system. When a contraction happens, blood is pumped. But in ventricular fibrillation, the electrical signals that control the pumping of the heart suddenly become rapid and chaotic. As a result, the lower chambers of the heart, the ventricles, begin to quiver (fibrillate) instead of contract, and they can no longer pump blood from the heart to the rest of the body. If blood cannot flow to the brain, it becomes starved of oxygen, and the person loses consciousness in seconds. TAKEN AROUND THE MIDDLE OF DECEMBER 2008 WHEN VENICE FLOODED QUITE SEVERELY UP TO AROUND KNEE HEIGHT ALL THROUGH ST MARK’S SQUARE . THE WHOLE PLACE WAS LIKE A SWIMMING POOL!!! IT WAS SO COLD AND TOURISTS HAD NO WHERE TO GO BUT USING THE WOODEN PLATFORM WALKWAYS. IT WAS REALLY SURREAL. THIS PHOTO WAS TAKEN IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN ALOT OF THE TOURISTS HAD GONE. /

Yes its French, it ended up on a French beach in the Languedoc-Roussillon area, / the Government lost its nerve at the last moment and tried to hide it in the most remote part of France.. These days its quite a headache for the local council, they are sick of cleaning the linen covering and washing off the graffiti..

Best Viewed Large One of the most striking aspects of Venice, Italy, apart from the glorious cathedrals, famous bridges and other magnificent and historic structures … are the intriguing dwellings lining the canals. The romance and mystery reach out and grab the imagination by the heart … some of us leave our hearts there … hoping someday to return!! Image taken in July of 2005 with the hand held Olympus C-5000 zoom point and shoot. Post processing included some Photoshop tinkering and a trip to Photomatix for hdr with a single image, eval +/- 2. I subsequently put the image into Corel Paint 11 for some brushstroke work on the flowers.

I usually walk along the south bank riverside in London.. and l passed by this place maybe a thousand times ! This time for some reason l was walking very slowly.. once I got here l just thought this could be the moment to take a nice picture.. I am happy with the result ! / / - /
