  • Fatal Error Darlink
    by Shanina Conway

    US$4.48–US$102.60

Computers are pretty much part of our lives now but I remember the horror of the first Win 95 window pop up and seeing FATAL ERROR. ...I totally freaked and was ready to take the computer back to the department store for a refund…before a friend gently and laughingly explained what was going on…....but I never got over that “in your face” feeling of Fatal Error and Fatal Exception. / ..I mean why Fatal ….., that’s so fatal, why not some cute character like me popping up saying, “Don’t Stress Darlink, but we have to close for a bit” And what about “Illegal Operation”...I swear the first time it happened I thought the stormtroopers were going to break down the front door! I really think Bill and his team could have put a little more thought into the trauma windows 95 could cause before inflicting it on the public. / Available as a card, print and poster. / Image copyright © 2008 Shanina Conway. / Copying and displaying or redistribution of this image without permission from the artist is strictly prohibited /

  • Error!
    by craig sparks

Just as the day will come when we’ll wear our computers so will the day when we become known only through our barcodes. Machines stripping away our identity to just some random numbers and a few thick-thin lines.

  • Help Protect Australia From Errorism! Every piece of misinformation helps “these” people… A very old protest design, or rather bricolage (i.e. relexively appropriated design) I had in one of the student uni newspapers some years ago… There is a seperate design for black t-shirts – check it out by clicking on my designer name…

  • Oops! A rose made by mistake.
    by clarkey

    US$3.99–US$68.40

I accidentally used the same filter on this rose (Hot Chocolate) twice. When I looked at it, I decided I liked it! I hope you enjoy my mistake as much as I do. Thank you for looking – all comments and criticisms are welcome and appreciated. It looks much better, more dramatic in the larger size.

  • The Embalming Error
    by Tom Godfrey

    US$4.99–US$114.00

A little fun with textures. I experimented with a pencil sketch I had done a while back. The story, as always suggested itself while the drawing was evolving… With the fluids still pumping through his veins, the Pharaoh stumbled across the sandy wastes. His preparation for the after-life had not gone well and he suspected that his awakening had happened, just a little too early. His brain was foggy and his tongue felt thick and heavy in his mouth. He had asked for the miniaturisation process, but how far had they progressed, he wondered, before the disturbance. Something else was wrong, why did his head feel so huge? He stumbled on. I’m not seeing too well either, he thought, then he made the mistake of trying to rub his eyes. His scream would have awoken the rest of the sleeping pharaohs, if he could have opened his mouth.
