With such a flat landscape and few trees to soak up the water the Shire of Quairading has many floodways to contend with, as do drivers trying to get from one place to another in the wet season. This picture was taken after an hour of rain had fell. Had I waited another half hour or so the road would have been flooded for sure and I would have been stranded in the middle of nowhere.

Go to an image that you want to display in a journal post and right-click on it, then select “Copy image location”- Now go and open a journal entry (or forum post or whatever) and paste the link in there. It will look something like this: Now, just add an exclamation mark before and after the image and you are done adding an image. Now you can add text and other images and save the work and your image will show up. For Internet Explorer users: 1. Right-click on the image and go to properties. Then: 2. highlight and copy all of that text and then paste it into your journal entry or forum post. 3. Add the exclamation mark before and after the link as shown above. 4. Add other text and images and you should be able to save and see your pictures! —-—-—-—-—-——- Trying to do this using Safari: Here is an image I loaded. I right-clicked and chose “Copy Image Address”. Let’s see if this works:

FORUM ENTRY to the challenge in The Healing Journey Group, image and lyrics… / I’m a bit trepidatious about this…. i hope it worked…. I’m yet to master masking and clipping in Photoshop so please forgive me the simplicity in which this was done… I have been thinking about the challenge for a few days and really wanted to use the background image somehow and the amber girl.. and then as it happens…. i heard this song on the radio…. which i forgot i liked so much…. heheheh so here it is my entry….. 8)))

This work is named after a southern Italian town. The work doesn’t really resemble the town.. but I have a memory from a few years back of spotting a huge monolithic building literally in the middle of nowhere and this was the inspiration for this work.
