  • This is the Riverdance cargo ferry ship stranded off the fylde coast in the Irish sea Lancashire England on the 31st january 2008. / Now completely dismantled…. / Shot with a Nikon D70s and 18-70mm lens

  • Sunset at Beachy Head in Sussex, England.

  • Fiery sunset reflected on the River Aire with a swan. Leeds England.

  • Colourful houses stacked onto the hillside around Brixham harbour in Torbay, South Devon, with the setting sun perfectly complimenting the illuminated shopfronts on the harbourside. A single trawler is moored beside the quay safely home from a day of fishing. The fishermen had their catch of the day, as did I. View the rest of our portfolio here Or visit our own website here

  • Shot off the fylde coast in Cleveleys Lancashire just before Sunset , another one for the collection… / Shot with a Nikon d70s and 18-70mm lens / One shot Raw HDR /

  • I stand, I stare / I wonder, where? I pray, I breathe / to stay, or leave? I live, I lie / I wonder, why? I love, I pain / I feel the same. I give, I get / and yet, and yet? Shot on Werneth Low, Hyde. Overlooking Manchester City Centre

  • Capt. John Davis and Bombardier Lt. Carl Thompson are walking passed their bird to meet the rest of the boys for a few beers. Both can faintly hear music and laughter of men spilling from a tent near the end of the runway. Davis looks back into the setting sun, listens to the big radial engines still ticking from an earlier test flight. The distinct smell of burnt oil still lingers in the air. / “God I love that smell” he thinks to himself. / He gazes down upon the puddles of oil underneath the port and starboard engines. / “Hey, does it look like engine one is leaking more than usual?” John asks, turning to Carl who had his half smoked cigarette in the corner of his mouth. / “It’s been leaking more since Frankfurt”, Carl replies. / “Frankfurt? Yeah, I think you’re right”. Davis can still hear the screams of the waistgunner, when the shrapnel tore through the entire port side. / “Poor Sammy, he never had a chance”, Davis says. / Carl didn’t reply, just walked quietly next to John, the setting sun throwing long shadows onto the tarmac, making them both look like giants. / Both men knew that tonight they indeed feel larger than life, because there is no mission tonight. • An eerie calm is enjoyed as the sun sinks down and at the end of a beautiful day and casts it’s golden hues on the River Teign in South Devon, UK.

  • Sunset over Anglezarke Lancashire England

  • Well this one that settled on the bow of a small boat in front of me certainly seemed to be enjoying the peace and beauty of the moment as much as I was. An eerie atmosphere as the sun was setting on the River Teign in Devon UK., I am told that the geography of this part of the river gives most unusual colours during a sunset from yellow to golden bronze.

  • Location: London UK

  • Mersea Island, the most Easterly populated island in the UK, may not be renowned as a photogenic location, but, standing here at East Mersea, with the gently flowing seawater lapping against the tops of the wellies, with the line of posts so obligingly composed, and with the glorious colours spreading across the late afternoon sky, it was possible for a moment or two to believe that this was the most beautiful place on Earth. Canon EOS 5D and EF 16-35mm lens. Exposure of 30 seconds at f/13.

  • Herringfleet Mill can be found where you might least expect to find it – about twenty yards on the Suffolk side of the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Given Norfolk’s monopoly on spectacular, well-preserved mills, it seems only fair that neighbouring Suffolk should have a few of its own…although it should be noted that even this mill is officially in the Norfolk Broads. This photograph was taken on an extremely February day. A 13 seconds’ exposure captured the movement of the clouds as they raced across the East Anglian sky. Canon EOS 5D and EF 16-35mm lens. Exposure of 13 seconds at f/22.

  • www.flindtphotography.com Porth Nanven is probably one of Cornwall’s most enchanting but least accessible locations. Perhaps it’s because the National Trust, the owners of this precious and geologically unique piece of coastline, would prefer that the numbers of visitors were kept to a minimum. Whatever the reason, don’t be surprised if you find yourself embarking on a circuitous route around the back streets of St Just as you make your way down to this remarkable place. Canon EOS 5D and EF 16-35mm lens. Exposure of 5 seconds at f/16.
