Al Neaimi: It took me somtimes to think of a person i would pass this honor to , there are so many talanted people and alot of amazing art on here which makes it hard ,I would really like to nominate The endless walk by Geir Floede / Geir’s work is very creative all his work is extraordinary , my fav is THE ENDLESS WALK , this image to me is one of the best I have ever seen simple yet powerful as many can relate and connect to it —-—-—-—-—-—-—-— This photo was selected as digital winner in redbubbles book in the moment />Beautiful imagery of a person in the wilderness wearing a track in deep into the snow. A little-used walkway off the beaten track in Pisa, Italy. The only tourists here were myself and my partner. Taken with a Kodak DX6440 (Easyshare) in 2005. The road to Timna Valley Park , South of Israel, 30 km north to Red Sea From WIKI : The Park is noted for its natural sandstone formations, including King Solomon’s Pillars, the “Mushroom”, “Arches” and “the Sleeping Lion”. It includes what are believed to be the oldest Copper mines in the world, dating back to at least 4000 BC and worked almost continuously by (among others) the Egyptians, Romans, Nabateans and Ummayads. / markers to Timna Park Rock carvings, including “the Chariots”, and ancient inscriptions are visible as well as mining shafts, the remains of ancient copper furnaces and a temple dedicated to the Egyptian goddess Hathor.

Located in the outback Qld I found myself down within this gorge…After a hot walk down into the gorge proper I was rewarded with a lovely calm pool sprawling along the sandstone wall. Knowing that the gorge walls would shadow this composition well before sunset I sat, listened,smelt and tasted my surrounds. Then in the final moments as the shadows encroached I took this photograph.
