  After nearly disappearing from the planet, African white and black rhinos have made a healthy recovery, according to a wildlife advocacy group. In the 1990s, these species had been poached almost to extinction for their valuable horns. But thanks to anti-poaching efforts, as well as the cooperation of local communities, African rhinoceros populations are on the rise. “We have seen an increase in rhino populations of at least five percent per year over the last decade, which is encouraging,” said George Kampamba, coordinator for World Wildlife Fund Internationals African Rhino Program. In 1997, there were 8,466 white rhinos and 2,599 black rhinos living in the wild. Today, there are 14,500 white rhinos and nearly 4,000 black rhinos. “There’s been a healthy increase in rhino numbers,” said Petra Fleischer, fund raising manager of Save the Rhino International. “It’s the combined effort of anti-poaching work and monitoring to get a better picture of populations, environmental education, government strategies and community involvement. International funding is important, too.” / Fleischer said getting local African people involved has been critical. “It’s important to work with local communities to find opportunities for generating income through conservation, such as through tourism,” Fleischer told LiveScience. Rhinos have recently been reintroduced to some countries where they had disappeared, such as Zambia and Uganda. This can help motivate local people to become more involved in conservation, and can give a boost to tourism, Fleischer said. Rhinoceroses are huge creatures — adults often way more than a ton — and they can live to age 60 or older. They are herbivores, subsisting mostly on leafy greens. Both types of African rhino have two horns protruding from their snouts. Rhino horn is a common treatment in traditional Asian medicine, which keeps demand high. Rhino horn dagger handles are also very popular in Yemen. / Habitat loss has also been a problem for rhinos. Black rhinos, smaller than their white relations, are more endangered. Three of four black rhino subspecies are classified as “critically endangered” by the World Conservation Union. “White rhinos are this amazing conservation success story,” Fleischer said. “Black rhinos are still critically endangered so we still have lot of work to do.” The World Conservation Union now classifies white rhinos as “near threatened.” / Along with African rhino species, there are three species of Asian rhinoceros, two of which are also critically endangered. Cancer is like a virus program which infect Internet computers and spreads on and on with time; if not stopped by a effective Anti Virus software it will make your computer to infect completely and make it useless for you and it will also spread to other healthy computers on the Internet as the data travels to other computer on the Internet and will keep infecting. In a similar way if Cancer cells not killed by the body it will pass on from one organ in the body of a person to another organ and keep spreading and person will die eventually after spending $20,000 to $5 Millions and relatives become so sad fro untimely demise. This article addresses more preventive side of Cancer and change of life style to live longer and happy. Why do People have Cancer? Cancer is more pronounced in developed countries unlike poorer countries. / The reason is that the people is developed countries have a different complex lifestyle -use Mobile Phones, Microwave emitting electromagnetic radiation which causes Cancer, Fridges and eat 4 times out of date old meat with high level of toxic preservatives and people in poor countries eat one meal but fresh food and relatively simpler lifestyle. This makes developed country people over eat the large quantity of meat; coupled with sedentary life style like commuting with cars; watching TV, Channels and become obese quickly. / There is also a mad cow decease which is also incurable. I witnessed an alarming incident as a 10 year kid, the scenario was that a cow which was being sold to a man (butcher) and to my amazement the cow started making horrible sounds and jumping; as she recognized that this butcher will purchase her; and she will be killed by the butcher. So you can see that in agitated mental state animal ( Cow) also secrete the toxic enzymes when they know they are going to die and lead to mad cow decease. I am not saying whether you eat meat or not it is your decision but you have to live with consequences of your choice as well. Everyone has a free choice to live and die and no one lives for ever either. In the past, so many civilizations live and died the world over; because of unmanageable deceases. Cancer is a silently spreading decease and emerges when it is too late. But people think, it is not their chance, no need to worry. / But something is called Wisdom so you sort out what is working for you and what is not working for you. Our body is the result of the type of food we eat which makes blood contains red blood cells , white blood cells , Antibodies, plasma etc and the blood passes through our head having mind and our spirit. So body, mind and spirit integrate. Your body is a temple; respect it, you ought to eat what is right for you. Learn not only by your own experience but experiences of the other people in the past. / So, the reason is simple it the Food Chain which have mainly extremely toxic preservatives used by food manufacturers to enhance the shelf life; you can check your fridge as they write keep beef /Lamb for 2 years, Fish 1 ½ Years and so on. Our bodies have to fight Cancer cells 6 to 10 times during our life span. / God or Nature has given us the Antibodies and white blood cells in combination, as a biological anti virus to kill any cancerous cells which are foreign cells infecting the body. Unfortunately, Doctors , have limiting knowledge and still doing research and tying to find it out exactly but currently do not have a cure for the Cancer. So I have to say with sadness that the current doctors and the surgeons are not more than the butchers in desperation by doing Chemotherapy and the double mastectomy. My heart weeps to see our ladies going to such a unfortunate end. It should be stopped patient have dignity; a hope for the better recovery of patients. Chemotherapy is used in desperation to annihilate ( kill) majority of cancerous cells but healthy cells are also killed ; consequently, does not work due to the loss of resistance of the patient as the healthy white blood cells and antibodies also die. So recovery of patient is hampered and results in loss of hairs, extremely poor health due to toxic dose of harmful radiation through out the patient’s body. / Doctors are unable to stop the spread of cancer as cancerous cells move all over the bodies throughout the arteries and veins and get concentrated on certain body parts, organs and glands. So patient can live for few more years with reduced quality of life. CANCER is completely treatable without any surgery by changing your life style to enhance your natural resistance and immunity by enabling your antibodies can kill cancer cells which happens 6 to 10 times in each healthy body during their life span so there is hope. Even a cancer patient can change their life style and receive enhanced level of immunity and life a longer life with good quality. You have to change your life style make it simpler. Please note Cancer thrives in acidic body environement ( PH Negative) and need to counter it by base enviroenment (PH -Positive ) , to make your body a neutral environment ( PH – Zero). Even Anger and worries create acidic environment in the persons bady and invites Cancerous cells to flourish as antibodies are suppressed so they do not kill the Cancerous cells and it spreads. Here is his insightful interview Tell us about yourself and your background I am is a self taught, weekend new Oil on Canvas Artist, Lecturer, Scientist and Consultant lives in Sydney , Australia. I hold Ph.D in Physics and Masters in Internetworking from UTS. I have found art to be very refreshing to creativity and have a profound impact on people to convey a message easily and effectively. Describe your artistic journey. How does it affect your life? Well I am a keen observer with high level of imagination, intuition, and excelled in Art work and drawing in my H.SC. But persued the science stream. But I did realise there is something else I want to devote my talent and share with the world to make a positive difference in the life of people. Only 3 years ago, I was given as one of surprise gift as a set of small canvas and set or colors on my birthday and I just painted the first portrait and started from there. I do my day job as a employment consultant helping unemployed people to find work and mentor & as a life coach; to over come their barrier like no family support, lack of education and training, lack of money, no experience, loneliness, loveless life, addictions – Drinking, Gaming, Drugs, mental health etc. I found it challenging and realised that the people are just struggling badly and need sound & holistic support services and strategies to empower them to stand on their own two feet. Other than that, I do spend my evenings, nights & weekend with non-stop painting and I felt great, over the moon, with sheer joy, no stress at all.. What inspires you to paint? Perhaps the helpless people in the society forced me to paint love art. For Atheist my definition for God or Goddess in Superman or Superwomen, I am providing my views and experiences to help people if they can follow nature and natural laws. I believe that natures way is a way to go and it will help people to stay healthy and disease free God (Love, Romance, Righteousness, Humility ) gives pure pleasure and sooth our heart , on the other hand Satan (Selfishness, Narrow Mindedness, lust, Greed) gives us sheer grief, miseries and heart ache. The people have to decide, NOW ! what do I want in my life in long term and it will come. / Yes ..You are a God or Goddess NOW….Take a big breathe….focus on yourself…You are a role model…You here to enjoy, cherish loving experience. You have decided to be a God or Goddess with a flick of finger… Congratulations! / In order to achieve and enjoy Godliness, the challenge is to integrate The Body, Mind and Spirit in cohesion and make a purpose of life to Live , Enjoy, Love, Romance, spontaneous and bubbly. / Our body needs Oxygen, Water, Food, exercise and cleaning to function at optimum. / Morning Ritual: / Take shower daily with cold water round the year for heath , vitality and live disease free. No Bacteria can withstand cold water and will die immediately and will never return back. To given you additional immunity Use Tea Tree oil one capful in a bath tub, as disinfectant as it is antifungal , antibacterial and antiseptic . Exercise and Dress up for the day ready to enjoy every moment. / Oxygen : / Let me first teach you how to BRAETH correctly which is fundamental to our life existence and cause to all deceases and ailments. Relax..Allow the heart & chest to relax, take a deep breath by inhalation, pause a second and slowly release till the last bit hold a second and continue inhaling. The cycle should go on as Body and Mind needs oxygen to function. Focus on your breath long inhale. / Water: / Our body continuously needs water to transport nutrients through the blood and remove impurities from each cell of body. The lack of water in the body will shut down the natural cleaning process and toxins will deposit on body organs and will lead to diseases.
