Orange is my color of choice! I found it in Utica, IL Oct 208 This is straight from my camera, and I was so amazed by the beauty it took my breath away…Imagine, coming down a stairway made of wood, turning to the left and pow! This hits you….Thank God I had my camera! / I used my OLYMPUS SP-570-UZ that I really enjoy. /

This was a beautiful place to be – when the children were there is became magical – every door opened wasn’t a garden it was the secret garden and we had to look for lepricorns and fairies and smell every flower and describe every tree.

Photographic based digital montage, 2007 (no 2 from series of 3 re-worked). Shot two seperate models & P/S combined them. I also draw in & enhanced part of the headpeice, the body, the dress, added a fringe to the face, hid the eyes, made the features more angular, blew up the lips, created cheekbones, reworked the branches, filtered wallpaper effects, extended the chandelier, added lacework/flower elements, desaturated the lot & added a sepia tone. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers.

This is my first photomanipulation I have done in years. I figured I would go with something simple. Brushes: hair, wings, flowers, photo texture. An unbelievable walk in the wildest part of mid Wales, down in the depths of a remote valley, with the sound of a distant waterfall and the rasping call of a crow, I came through a tunnel of intertwining trees, until eventually emerging out, onto this path, where I noticed those eyes looking straight at me, do you see them ? Photographic based digital montage, 2007 (1 from series of 6 – redesigned from 2004/5 Japanese Series). Re-worked combining two from the series. I shot the tree, flowers & combined them in P/S with drawn elements & filtered the lot. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers. Generally I tire of my artwork yet still love this series to this day.
