Pencil, Ink, Pastel / 100×75cm Ive had alot of difficulty photographing this because of its size, ill keep trying till i get it right :) This piece is about making choices. Two young girls are subjected to the same taunting, lack of love, what ever a serario that one is faced with in life. When you become adults you have the choice to make what you can out of your situation, take it and make you stronger or let it tear you down and enevitably continuing the cycle. It was on my honeymoon at the age of 19,that my (then) husband took me to a dinner-dance. I needed to go to the bathroom and within minutes I returned to my dinner table. My husband asked me to dance so, I of course, said yes. We danced to a lovely smoochy song when I glanced at my reflection in the window. Shock and Horror! I had tucked my dress inside my pants! I could have died with embarassment. / The purpose of this painting is to show you the embarassing situations I get into. My kitchen flooded, I baked a cake without sugar and made coffee with gravy granuals. And yes, I slipped on the floor and concussed myself! Funny huh? / Acrylic on canvas

this is how i attempted to punish my kids…...we sat in front of walmart for 2 hours. they were not embarassed enough however so i emailed their pic to three different newspapers…we’ll se how embarassed that makes them!
