Two people who doesn’t know the area. A day began when we set out just to see the surroundings of Manila, Philippines. I was told not to bring much with me as it’s a bit risky – of theft that is. So I took 5k only which is about AU$250, and my only camera 400D, mounted by 18-250mm Tamron. As we journeyed through we went places where it us unkown to us. Ending getting a bus to a place called batangas. Whilst in the bus another passender recommended we go to a place called Mabini. And alas there was were. About 6pm. Only… we were told we have to stay overnight as there are no more transportation back. So here we are at the Aguila Beach Resort! We got back with just a little 300 pesos. We got lucky.

A quiet resort, the only 2 people you see who are actually in near the water. Fishing. A timely time to fish, sunset, overlooking the only vessel in the area and the perfect spot. Fishing at the Floating Hut.

I was blessed enough to take part with a mini project by a cousin of mine. This trip was taken place in Philippines as part of the “ngo” as they call it to raise funds and supporting Indegenous groups. In this case the “Aetas” of Zambales. This shot was taken just outside or rather the backyard of where we stayed in Iba.

After a long year this area is open again for public. At least for me it is. I visited Wentworth Falls 4 times last year to find it closed due to renovation/upgrades to the tracks and other facilities.
