a few years back, i had the pleasure of working for the state museum and while there found myself surrounded by a myriad of species, human and non-human. this hierarchic, governmental environment portrayed a microcosm of life at work amoungst the much larger natural world represented there in. a diarama of human relation, power and survival. ‘the account of decent from ancestors by the count of immediate pedigrees’.
