Photographic based digital montage – 2007 (no 2 from series of 3). Shot two seperate models & P/S combined them. I also draw in & enhanced part of the headpeice, the body, the dress, added a fringe to the face, hid the eyes, made the features more angular, blew up the lips, created cheekbones, reworked the branches, filtered wallpaper effects, extended the chandelier, added lacework/flower elements, desaturated the lot & added a sepia tone. Thank you to both models who wish to remain anonymous. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers. Just Sometimes (Song of Laughter and Forgetting) by Swervedriver – entered in Red Bubble ‘songmanip07 – Musical Photo Competition’. So many great entries. Regards to all for voting for this peice- JUST FAB TO WIN the photo manipulation category! Of all the magnificent historic buildings I photographed at Sydney University today, this modest shot through the greenery jumped out at me as my ‘shot of the day’ – for me there’s something alluring about the partial view through the foilage – perhaps less is more! / Landscapes Trees Cards EOD Rusty Flowers Architecture Macro CatchAll DM / /

I’ve decided to upload some of my portrait work to show people what I like to do (and so you don’t get too sick of my mug!) with portraits.. My aim in photography is to do portraits that transform people into how they see themselves and not just the every day you, something you can show the Grandkids that makes their jaw drop! Something that you can be proud of for the rest of time..
