In my eternal search for pain and grief I decide how to vote in the coming Australian federal election. I was discoing in Lismore on my annual Big City Night Out, shooting pool instead of pills, contemplating those I’d dumped from my Christmas card list since they became sober. As always, after downing a keg of booze with nary a care for the long wait till next cheque, my thoughts turn to the pert fact that this is a federal election year. The Link / It’s self-evident a party’s policy whims -State or Federal – affect the quality of life for an artist. Federally, we’re talking Arts Council funding, arts funding and employment opportunities to name a few. / In my quest for pain I reluctantly set aside the timeless, unanswerable questions such as: / ‘Is a politician by definition capable of honesty?’ or ‘Should you regard an election promise as a core promise or simply farting?’; ‘Is that really human hair, Julie Bishop?’. Instead I cut to the chase and asked Australia’s Federal Labor and Coalition parties what they will do to improve the quality of life for artists, i.e. Me, Me, Me. I immediately discard Joe Hockey from my email enquiries list. I’m sure the cuddly Shrek stunt double would have plenty to tell me about the amazing employment opportunities for artists if his team is re-elected, but I want answers, not spin and chips. I think the term ‘Workchoices’ sticks like a bone in the throat of most people. Predictably the Coalition is pleased with their employment record. Hubris is easy when you fudge figures so even one hour a week in any job now counts as employed. And as for increases in funding for art-related jobs? Incentive for artists to join in gainful, meaningful employment, which utilizes their skills? Increases in arts grants? Nada. Zilch. Zero. There are over 45,000 professional artists in Australia, more than twice as many as 20 years ago, with that figure increasing another 2-3% each year. / Most Aussie artists can’t make a living from their profession. 50% of all artists earn under $7,300 per annum from their art, so they work two to three jobs—their art, a related arts job such as teaching, and non-arts jobs such as telemarketing or whoring (only a trained eye can tell the difference). Even then, many artists earn less than $30,000 from all jobs. Putting this in a wider context, the average artist income from all sources is about the same as a pre-Workchoices casual factory worker. There are many artists who earn significantly less than this. More than one in three artists earn less than the poverty line. How low can you limbo? Do the maths on the gushingly wonderful employment figures hurled at us and see if the current numbers still look good. Both parties agree in principle into ‘looking into’ revitalising arts resources but those who monitor these things tell me implementation of any alleged improvements will take years- will I be alive, I wonder? Will creeping mould keep my cadaver creating art? Will my cellulite finally improve? Meanwhile, back on earth, increasing numbers of frustrated creatives smile like waiters. You can keep the tip. Lobby by Email / So armed with my short list of portfolios I hit the e-mail. It says a lot about this country that we have a Ministry for Arts and Sport – a clear indication of just how valued artistry and imagination are in a our wide, brown bland. Lo and behold it’s perfectly clear – and cunningly, here is the real difference between the two camps. To my pointed questions the ALP promptly replied with polite, lengthy, and vague policy-speak. The Coalition on the other hand – rather tardily – replied with polite, short, vague policy-speak. So here’s my decision. Though neither side has quite an elephant stamp gold star rating when it comes to future incentives to the arts, I’ll go with the side that least inclines to bellicose squandering of our taxes. Maybe, just maybe, some of the money saved will funnel into turning culcha into culture.

Australian Prime Minister, Mr John Howard, has announced the Federal Election will be held on Saturday 24 November 2007. Terrific – I’m bubbling with enthusiasm and can’t wait to join the queue of friendly locals at the local primary school, and have those how-to-vote cards delicately shoved in my face. Protecting our shores From a totally selfish viewpoint, I was hoping Mr Howard would avoid calling the election for that day due to it being MY special day of the year. On this occasion, why did Mr Howard forget to consult me about the perfect day for him to seek a fifth term? I’m baffled. A lady happily paying her 10% Goods and Services Tax Mr Howard cleverly avoided having the election on Australian Football League Grand Final day, Bathurst 1000 motor race weekend, and of course the self-appointed four-day weekend when the Melbourne Cup is conducted. Typical Aussies engrossed by the political coverage So, it seems I’m destined for a rivetting evening on 24 November in front of the TV watching the tears flow and corks popping. Can’t wait to see the predictable political coverage on the various networks, too. Yes, I’m getting excited as you can tell. We’re all laughing in a psychedelic manner The upshot of this is the rare opportunity for you to share my pain and cheer me up. Buy yourself a lovely piece of Australia and consider the good you’re doing. If you buy up big, I’ll probably head to a pub and celebrate the political winners and help drown the sorrows of the political losers. More beer please Please note: This is an apolitical journal entry, so best wishes to all candidates who see a decent superannuation package in their sights. Yesterday (Saturday Nov 24) was my first day out alone as official photographer for the Herald in my town. I covered the Election – voting that is, the cricket, pennent bowls, tennis and cricket. The voting wasn’t too easy as the official in charge person wasn’t too happy about me photographing in there. I did get a couple of good shots in though and I think D.Boss will be happy with that. The rest were easy enough, the cricket the most exciting being out there in the middle of the pitch with all these cute guys dressed in white and a heavy red ball whizzing past my head every few minutes! Got a great shot of “Bums on Seats” at the bowls .. couldn’t help myself. All in all it went fine. I’ll be going into the office to check out the pix later on. That’s all :) x

I had the rare pleasure of seeing Barack Obama speak live yesterday at my school Boise State University. I had to completely give up on politics about 8 years ago for my own health. The more i leaned the more i was driving myself to an early grave. But I was really impressed by Obama and inspired. He actually gave me a glimpse of hope for this corrupt, maniacle government. Some of the changes hes wishes to instill if he becomes president are: 1. Universal Free Healthcare for all Americans by the end of his first term / 2. $4000 college credit for students wishing to seek higher educations / 3. Get our troops out of Iraq and get the real enemy, Bin Laden / 4. Completely take lobbiest and PACS out of the whitehouse and stop letting them set political agendas / 5. Bring Amercan starndards of education back to the forefront / 6. Bring America to the forefront of preservation and protection of our earth This is not saying that he couldnt be totally blowing smoke up our bum bums, like so many politicians have done before. But the thing about Obama is he really sounds like hes speaking from the heart. His whole campaign is based on CHANGE. He wants to completely change the way this country works and re-instill a sense a pride in our country which the Bush Administration so easily destroyed. It seems that no one wants things to continue as there are, and we all are so despritly calling for change. So now i may enter back into the world of politics. I just might have to get passed my moral and pholisophical reasons of completely withdrawing from politics, to vote and support this empassioned individual in the hope that their is still the chance that we can change this country back for the good. I highly recommend that you go and find some of his speeches on youtube.com or elsewhere and listen to what he has to say. OBAMA ‘08!!! www.barackobama.com

“You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called change. It’s still gonna stink.” “We’ve had enough of the same old thing.” -If you haven’t seen the news on this, which flooded both american and international news networks in a matter of hours, then this was Barack Obama referring to the republican’s economic policy. His audience, however, believed he was referring to Sarah Palin, and therefore began to applaud. Perhaps that idea stemmed from one of Palin’s comments before this in her nomination acceptance speech: “What’s the difference between a hockey mom and a pit bull? Lipstick.” Obama has been accused of being sexist. Obama meanwhile quite fairly claims that he was referring to the republican’s economic proposals. However, I still can’t help feeling this IS towards the republican candidates themselves. McCain is the pig, Palin is the lipstick. And America needs to realise this. When you vote republican, you don’t vote for Palin, you vote for McCain. I’m seriously worried that the American public may not realise that. Just think about it- once a President is in power, vice presidents no longer have much to do with the country. They are simply the running mate- and that is all. Once the election is over, they no longer matter. I mean, WHO is the current Vice President? Yes, I know it is Dick Cheney, but just LOOK at the Vice Presidency- it’s just a person there for show, a useful standby should a President die in office, but that is all. Voting republican means voting McCain, not Palin. Obama’s speech also for me had another significance- that every word he said was true here. Change, to the republicans, is the piece of paper. It will still stink. I personally believe McCain is another Bush in disguise- by voting McCain, you put yourselves under another Bush. The piece of paper is this change- and it doesn’t make a difference to what lies underneath, to me, the same bunch of idiots who supported Bush and now support McCain. America does not need another Bush- why vote for one? The republican’s haven’t truly changed, They aren’t New Republicans. They’re the same old Republicans that George Bush was. Nothing will change under McCain- wake up America, and make change possible. Furthermore, America must also realise that the responsibility of electing the next President matters weighs upon their shoulders as it is a decision that affects the entire world. George Bush affected the entire world. Not for the better. So the Republicans, as Obama has said so eloquently in his speech, using an old phrase to make a new point, are just the same old Republican party in disguise, the party of George Bush. You can dress it up with lipstick- a popular Vice Presidential candidate like Sarah Palin with her oh so cute family (who on EARTH names their kids Trig, Track, Bristol, Willow and Piper? I think that alone is disgraceful). Obama can’t be accused of unfair play here- every word he said is the truth- Palin and ‘Change’ are merely temporary costumes- just wait until you see the true McCain. You won’t like it. (Sorry here if it sounds like an Obama campaign piece, but I’ve tried to make it much more. Vote Obama ; ) .

  • Life in the US

Being creative has been hard for me this week. Maybe it’s being at back home after a trip to Florida last week. Maybe it’s feeling overwhelmed by everything that I want to get accomplished and the intrusion of the trivia of daily life. Whatever it is has led to a feeling of limbo that nothing seems to shake. Finally yesterday, it hit me. I’m waiting for the presidential election here in the US. It can’t come fast enough. The changes in daily life for most Americans have been massive over the last eight years. Many people will blame it on 9/11, and that has been part of it. No doubt that it sped up and magnified our downward spiral, but the changes had started before 9/11. To me, it seems that the changes in my life and those of my friends are indicative of the deeper problems of our country. Let’s start with medical care. After almost twenty years of a good job, my husband was forced to quit after his hospital was bought by an HMO that was famous for the way it cut the quality of care in order to make money. I was ill at the time with sinus polyps. Under by law, we could continue with our current medical insurance for eighteen month after he left his job. I was locked in a pattern of chronic infection. My body was resistant to the antibiotics that were approved by the formulary. The doctors would put me on steroids and antibiotics. I’d get better for a few weeks. Then I’d be weaned off the steroids and get ill again. All of this was complicated by asthma that presented itself with a chronic cough. At its worst, I could only get a little sleep at night by sitting upright with pillows across my lap and slumping forward over the pillows. Only this position stopped the cough. At no time did my doctors even suggest x-rays of my sinuses or even bother to look up my nose with a scope. As baby boomers, we were told that we were uninsurable by any other private insurance. My husband was jobless, and we had just bought our dream home in Santa Fe a year before. There were no jobs for him in Northern New Mexico. He tried for a year to work locums. They’re sort of have stethoscope will travel. All the travel was exhausting. This led us back to Chapel Hill, North Carolina where we had lived thirty years ago. He went back to work at the University of North Carolina where he had done his anesthesia training. He immediately got me seen by a specialist who probably saved my life. After over four hours of sinus surgery, I got up and walked out of the hospital the same day. We went out to dinner two days later and decided to move to Chapel Hill three months later. We hated to leave our home and friends in New Mexico, but we needed the job and the medical insurance. Our old insurance refused to pay for my surgery as they claimed that I could have gotten the same care in Albuquerque. Short of hiring lawyers and suing the HMO, there was no way we could get our money back. It did not matter that there was none of the equipment used on me during surgery in the whole state of New Mexico. We’re relatively lucky as my husband will always have a job. We’ll always have medical insurance, but overall the quality of care is dropping in this country. It’s unimaginable how many people are dieing with no affordable care. My brother, an epidemiologist who specializes in public health, says that more people die every year in the US from a lack of medical care than died in 9/11. Yet our leaders are callous to this statistic. I have counseled my friends who have thought of retiring or changing jobs to make sure that the medical insurance and benefits are locked in before making any changes. Recently, I went to get a refill for a medication that I have taken for almost ten years. It has been discontinued by the manufacturer. It’s not a necessity for life, but it did take care of my problem. The replacement medication does not work as well and gives me mood swings. The manufacturer of the first medication evidently decided that it couldn’t make enough money on the medication when it went off patent and stopped production. Unfortunately, I can’t find a generic version. The quality of life here has degraded in other ways, too. I don’t see friends if we have to drive too far to meet, as gas has gotten to be too expensive. If you can find gas. It took weeks for the pipeline to the Southeastern part of the US to be repaired after it was destroyed by a hurricane this fall. Many people are having to choose between driving and feeding their families because of the expense of gasoline. Before driving to Florida, a necessity for my husband’s work, he got on the AAA web site and researched the availability of gas on our route and it’s cost. The roads have less traffic. Fewer people can afford to travel. Two friends of mine have had to close small businesses that they had run for over twenty years. People are often buying only necessities. When I run errands, the stores are much less busy and crowded than they were even a year ago. The organic and whole foods stores are particularly empty. People are opting for less expensive foods. These are just a few examples of the changes that have happened in the US since 2000. It’s looking as if Barak Obama will win the current election. If he does, I don’t see how he can do more than make a small start on correcting the mess in four years, but at least it would be a start. This has all been written from my perspective and out of personal experience. I did not take on larger issues because I do not have the time gather the statistics to back up my beliefs. Plus, almost any statistic can be twisted to back up any argument, but I felt the need to let Redbubblers from outside the US know a little of what it’s like to live here at the moment.

I have to admit, I’ve been impressed by the current US election campaign. It’s generated some really incredible political art. One of my favourites is “Palin as President” – some pretty sharp political wit at play here. I know it’s been done to death, but as it’s updated daily, it’s worth revisiting http://www.palinaspresident.us/ Joe the curtain etc is especially good. This on the other hand, just scares the fuck out of me.

In the 1960’s when Gene Roddenberry was creating Star Trek he wanted humans to be a united people that put aside their differences and worked together for the common good but felt it would take a cataclysmic event for people to be at that point. Last night the United States showed that we can get there without having to annihilate each other first. After John McCain gave easily the most gracious and poignant concession speaches I have seen in my lifetime. I started to look back a remember why I wanted him to beat W in 2000, and on September 11th 2001 why him not getting the Republican Nomination over Bush was truely tragic. I hope last night was an indicator that the real Senetor McCain has rejoined us and will finnish off his term with dignity. In 2004 when Barrack Obama spoke at the Democrat’s National Convention I looked at my wife and said, in so many words, there is the first African American President of the United States. Now let us ride this wave of optimism into the future and hopefully lead Earth to be the utopia it deserves to be. God Bless America

YES WE CAN . . .use our collective wills and effort to express our Love to each other and our Hope for a better day. In the Bronx, residents riding on city buses, shouted out of windows, and cars honked their horns in celebration while small children slept in their beds and firecrackers sparked in the dark. In Harlem, multitudes of strangers gathered together, cried and hugged each other as the news was announced of the new President-elect. At Rockefeller Center and in Times Square, throngs of people stood together, their flags swayed in the light autumn breeze while smiles etched their faces and eyes bubbled over with tears of joy. We know that the road ahead will be perilous and hard. Yet, in my heart and the hearts of many of us, there now exists the possibility that people of all colors can imagine peace and erect a fresh union. / / Tonight, I wish Barack Obama ,Courage, Fortitude, Divine Inspiration and Godspeed and welcome him as the new President-elect of the USA.. / ..

Long sigh… / The journey has just begun, however for tonight my faith has been restored in the “Ideals” of America. As a true blooded cynic I have for the majority of the years of my life doubted the course of my government. I have lived with doom like a hot breath on the back of my neck. The Reagan years began a downward spiral of the American spirit. Yes, there have been many times in the past twenty-five years for nationalists to waive their flags in honor of the America they believe in, but the majority of this nation have been troubled as wittiness’s’ to the crimes of the few who tightly grip the power. The pendulum has swung and a paradigm shifted. The American people have spoken. The people, from all corners of this nation, who have held their breath in hope that we would not once again be delivered a lie are tonight renewed. We can not now sit back and wait for President Obama to deliver us from evil. This is our turn to be the decider. The choice has always been ours. We just lost our faith that we have a real voice, a say so that counts. A real president is first just a man, or woman. President Obama humbly extends the power back to the people where it belongs. Take that power, believe in it, engage. Do nothing to stall the momentum that has delivered to the world a promise of a better future. Help President Obama unravel the destruction left behind by the Neo-Cons. He has given his promise to work for you. Hold him to it and do the same for him. This is all of our victory and all of our duty. Lets get to the task of ending the crimes, such as the ongoing wars, and holding the perpetrators responsible. Lets work to restore the image of this country and once again be a beacon to the world. This country has a brutal history of tyranny over some of its own children and others around the world. This is our time to right those wrongs and unite the people of the Earth on a path of love and sustainability. We for the moment have overcome, but tomorrow is a new day. We can start the day with the much deserved smiles on our hearts but we must not rest our hands. The stakes are too high to walk away. The fight will be too long to give up now. Thank you, Barack Obama. You have given to the world much more than your service. I hope in eight years I feel the same or better about what I feel tonight. Anything is possible… Sam Dantone

The results of our election here in the United States have given us great cause for celebration and hope. I’ve been trying to think what I’d like to say about it all today. I have found some very eloquent words, not written by me, that reflect what I’m thinking about. I won’t tell you who wrote it until the last, I’m afraid many won’t read it otherwise! But here are some snippets of an email sent to me this morning…...... In a nation that was founded on genocide and then built on the backs of slaves, it was an unexpected moment, shocking in its simplicity: Barack Obama, a good man, a black man, said he would bring change to Washington, and the majority of the country liked that idea. The racists were present throughout the campaign and in the voting booth. But they are no longer the majority, and we will see their flame of hate fizzle out in our lifetime. There was another important “first” last night. Never before in our history has an avowed anti-war candidate been elected president during a time of war. I hope President-elect Obama remembers that as he considers expanding the war in Afghanistan. The faith we now have will be lost if he forgets the main issue on which he beat his fellow Dems in the primaries and then a great war hero in the general election: The people of America are tired of war. Sick and tired. And their voice was loud and clear yesterday. We may, just possibly, also see a time of refreshing openness, enlightenment and creativity. The arts and the artists will not be seen as the enemy. Perhaps art will be explored in order to discover the greater truths. ....................What will it be like to work and create in an environment that nurtures and supports film and the arts, science and invention, and the freedom to be whatever you want to be? Watch a thousand flowers bloom! We’ve entered a new era, and if I could sum up our collective first thought of this new era, it is this: Anything Is Possible. There is big work to do. But this is the week for all of us to revel in this great moment. Be humble about it. Do not treat the Republicans in your life the way they have treated you the past eight years. Show them the grace and goodness that Barack Obama exuded throughout the campaign. Though called every name in the book, he refused to lower himself to the gutter and sling the mud back. Can we follow his example? I know, it will be hard. end excerpt And now, do you want to know who wrote all that? Wait for it, wait for it…........................ / Michael Moore!

I just turned off my TV after watching American history being made. The first black President of these United States was elected. / This instant by its very nature is the single most redefining moment of the last century for my great country. I only hope and pray--it WILL UNITE our states once again. It is in our best interest that we accept this change; and collectively join forces to move forward. / I did NOT vote for Obama-but-I am a man with a deep and abiding love for America-I am a true Patriot-and thus-the greater good of America is the overriding factor that must-and will-control my personal opinion; and fix my eyes on the BEST FUTURE for this land I love so much. We all must become the solution—and NOT the problem. Below is a Song that I wrote for one of my Movies called MUDDY WATER BLUES--I wrote then-what we all must embrace now—the racial hate from BOTH SIDES MUST STOP HERE! / THE COLOR OF SKIN A SONG BY DALE CRUM 3-13-2008 / The color of skin--does not make the man-but gentle of soul-and kindness of hand / Taken away—and that far too young--by burning arrows-the enemy strung / Shot from the bow-of the devil himself-one more son dead-in the prime of his health / If Jesus loves all-souls have no color-how can we keep on-hating each other? / The day it will come-or already be here?—When all men can stop--hiding in fear / From those who hold grudges-for sins long ago-still blaming now-for things nobody knows / They keep spreading lies-and fanning dead flames-I must say again-this seems so insane / When shall we listen—when shall we learn--when shall the racial-fires cease to burn / Hate is the venom-that flows through the fangs-then through the hearts-and innocent veins / Of those only guilty-of White or of Black-this is the madness-behind their attack / Born without choice-killed without voice-only fools will find fodder-in this to rejoice / How long will it be-till men learn to see-the folly of hate-and snake in the tree / Who whispers to all- who have ears to hear--to keep throwing gas-on the flames of fear / The time has come-for man to evolve-beyond seeing colors-of us, one and all / For we are just humans-in need of each other-that makes us all-sisters and brothers / We’re not just monkeys—standing upright--we’re all human souls-dear in God’s sight / All the lies-are whispered through fangs-stop listening to him-start using your brain / We are the problem-we are the solution-we are the ones-to stop racial pollution / We are the problem-we are the solution-we are the ones-to stop racial pollution / When shall we listen—when shall we learn--when shall the racial-fires cease to burn / Hate is the venom-that flows through the fangs-then through the hearts-and innocent veins / Of those only guilty-of White or of Black-this is the madness-behind their attack / Born without choice-killed without voice-only fools will find fodder-in this to rejoice / We are the problem-we are the solution-we are the ones-to stop racial pollution / We-are-the-problem-we-are-the-solution / We-are-the-ones-to-stop-racial—pollution. *So—-which one will YOU be? / Red, White, and Blue Blooded Patriot, / Dale Crum

Is is just me, or did anyone else find the post-election party scene pretty sad…? Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s great that Obama won the election, there’s so many wrongs that need to be changed and righted, but it was something to do with the desperation and hopefulness in everyone’s eyes… I sure hope he doesn’t let everyone down… But then again, hope is all we have. Without it, there’d be no change at all.

I will start off by stating that I am not a very political person and will not pretend to be. I am very happy that Obama has won the election, not only because he is a minority, but because of the many promises he has made. This has truly made it a happy day for me and many Americans. On another note, I am saddened by a recent decision made in California on Prop 8 (BAN against Gay marriage) that many of you already know I am against. It saddens me and disgusts me to know that people are still very ignorant and cannot differentiate between right and wrong or discrimination. 80% of the funding for the campaign was provided by Mormons and their church. I will not discriminate against them whatsoever, but want people to know who is primarily funding this campaign. The votes are still being counted, but as of now we have had several rally’s and protests against this. This is about human rights. We laugh now at our stupidity years ago when blacks could not marry whites or when women could not vote. This IS the SAME thing and I will guarantee you we will laugh at our stupidity for this years from now as well. Ever since I posted several images and flyers on Prop 8 some have assumed too that I am gay and several red bubble friends seem to be distant…. Coincidence, maybe. I am many things and am also a minority in many ways. This is not about being gay, its about CLASSIFYING a group of people and giving them different rights or rules than other people. Look up discrimination in the dictionary. I am Armenian, Russian, Assyrian, a Catholic with both parents from Iran. Armenians were killed for religion, Assyria is no longer a country. I am lucky to have not suffered from discrimination based on any of those things. I believe in equality and same rights for everyone. Do you watch Ellen or Will and Grace for amusement and state you still respect Ellen for being gay or any other celebrity gay icon? Or if you have that gay best friend who helps you shop and decorate your house and still VOTED YES, you are a HYPOCRITE and have no respect for them as human beings. Next time your son or daughter, sister or brother brings over their “best friend” to family gatherings, Christmas, weddings, moves in with their “best friend”, know that most times for closeted Gays and Lesbians “Best Friend” is code for partner or boyfriend or girlfriend and if you voted YES, you have also just discriminated against your own FLESH & BLOOD. Don’t vote for what you don’t know or undersatnd. Today i am told I CANNOT MARRY. I have not been discriminated EVER based on my ethnicity or from the country where my parents are from, but because of the fact I too have a “Best Friend”. i would much rather be treated unfairly for my ethnicity or country because that war has been going on forever and “THAT IS” based on RELIGION. This issue however IS NOT based on RELIGION and those stating so are ignorant and who are we as Americans to judge on marriage when we have the HIGHEST DIVORCE RATE in the world. I am not a gay rights activist and do not scream that I am gay when i meet people. I am a HUMAN first, a WOMAN second and a LESBIAN third. My HUMAN and CIVIL RIGHTS have been affected and we will find a way to stop it. I am someone’s daughter and sister. I come from a good family with morals and ethics. Most people would not even know I was gay. Not all of us wear leather chaps and have disease or many of the ridiculous stereotypes that society has. Many of you have seen my photo and my family and all the kids who call me auntie jenny. We are real people. Thank you for listening. These are only my thoughts on the subject and my feelings on all of this. Jen If you are in LA area, there will be a big rally in Silverlake Saturday 11.8.08 @ 6:00pm. Prop 8 Art

In about 46 days, greatly depending on when you read this, George W Bush will be leaving the Whitehouse. Thank God!!! Hopefully when President-elect Obama becomes President Obama he can get the USA back on track. We really need Change we can believe in because over the last two presidental terms I ‘ve been feeling that an apocolypse would have been a more promising direction for us to be heading in, I plan on surviving the end of the world because what comes on the other side will be very intersting.
