well, as i’m hosting the self-portrait group, i decided to put some of my favorite portrait artwork, i think self-portrait requires more than taking himself a picture, it’s really a process of knowing himself, as also the elements around him that makes him be, well, him. I also like human relationships, psychedelia and lights, so any use of these themes in a different perspective or point of view should very well be appreciated by me. two months ago, i went to Distrito Federal, Mexico and i took some diapositive pictures. Actually, there were like (looking at my calculator right now) 210 photographs taken on that trip. So, yeah, that was great and everything since i knew there was this store that had revealed diapositives services who did actually an excellent wortk. I went back to my city Monterrey, and bad news! The great and excellent and all the bla bla greatness store didn’t have the service anymore, so i tought, fuck! this is literally game over. I found, (un)fortunately, another store that had the same service and surprise! all the positives were overexposed, had some dirty sign of thumbs over there and well, it was completely a disaster but as my journal title says, greater things happened. I went to my iphoto software (i’m not asking you to buy some macs lol, but i’m a mac, not a pc) and forced the color at maximum grades and well, the result was surreal and fantastic in the same way see it for yourself in “La Dieta Balanceada de Cassie”
