This image was nominated to be showcased in Pay it Forward by the very beautiful and very talented Ms Lexie Wardell / Thankyou so much Lexie for your lovely words / “So many to choose from.. there are a lot of great artists here… one of my favorite is tonilouise. All of her work is fantastic in my eyes.. but if I had to nominate just one piece of hers it would be… hmmm.. tough choice.. how about Battered Edges. This piece is on my “to purchase” list. My husband is a surfer and I love the tones she uses and the lone board. Surfers are interesting sort of people.. sometimes they are sort of lone themselves. Anyway.. it is his passion and I love this piece because it reminds me of my husband. All of her work is marvelous though.” I am speechless..You are wonderful xxx

This is a composite photo taken in Shalimar, FL near the edge of the bay. It was a glorious summer night. I applied the NIK skylight filter to deepen the reds in the picture. I also shot the sun on the same night to the west of the bank. I’ve combined them for a rich summer night shot. / /

The Iguazu waterfalls. One of those overwhelming places. The roar of these giant waterfalls is deafening, there beauty blinding. Featured T-Shirt! I’ve always wanted to do a meaningful halftone =) I absolutely love the simplicity and romance of two people not needing to say a word and enjoying each others company. What makes this extra special are the rays from the morning sun. Originally a picture this is the first sunrise of 2008. Hope you like it as much as I had making it!
