“Echeveria” I believe. /
Echeveria runyonii ‘Topsy Turvy’ is a perennial evergreen succulent with the original species being native to Mexico. Topsy Turvy is a mutation of the original form, and the first mutation was in cultivation in California. The plants bloom in the fall with tall arching racemes of bright reddish orange flowers. They are very showy when in bloom. This one was taken in the José Celestino Mutis Botanical Garden, Bogotá.
