  In celebration of the choice of theme that RedBubble have chosen for their current competition (which secretly I believe was my overwhelming obsession for myth subliminally working the pipes of thought), it is right and proper for us all to bow down and worship that who we as a creative force are most inspired by. I have no statistics but an overwhelming number of artists find creativity in the earth, nature and the Great Mother herself. Gaia (or Gaea, Ge, Terra, Tellus and many other epithets for Earth) was the matriachal basis of religion in the ancient times and still transposes her all encompassing influence throughout religion, art, society and politics. The strong Mother figure as a creative energy for all to understand as the primal Earth force resonating from the Genesis. Greek myth atones for existence by recounting the stories of the evolution of the forces of creation and nature through a personification of survival, battle and dramatic (often melodramatic) saga. Great poets such as Homer, Hesiod and Aristophanes recount in verse the struggles of the forces of the light to separate from the forces of the dark. The misty spiritual spell that forms the magic of the world and universe we are all a part of. Each stage and interaction of chemistry and physics creating a fractal drama that would offshoot into a war one moment, the creation of the music of the lyre another, the worst sexual perversions followed by the most just of tortures in the misty, marshy Underworld. Gaea, no matter how far down the generational line of gods and goddesses the action was, is always honoured as the divine creative mother, which makes the competition theme even more relavent in that the notion of Gaea as a living breathing organism is so relevant in the environmental times of today. There have been massive scientific studies of the environment undertaken in the past with the very same theme. Gaea the Earth Mother along with her partner Ouranos (Heaven and Sky) are credited with the parentage of all who exist in the realm of Earth consciousness, but they were not the only Protogenoi (immortal creation spirits) to emerge from the magical bang. As the story of the creation of the cosmos goes in ancient Greek myth… The first born formed the very fabric of the universe, the mesh by which all creation is suspended, Protogenoi literally means first born in Greek. Most of them were purely elemental in form, in that they were quite literally Earth, Air, Fire and Water, however a few were described in anthropomorphic form, particualarly those spirits bound to their physical and native environment. Gaea herself emerged at the beginning of creation to from the foundation of the Universe. One of the few depicted in anthropomorphic form she was still however shown as a woman partially risen from the ground, inseparable from her element… Gaea’s siblings and children were thus spawned… Aether – the a primeval god of the mists of light which fill the upper atmosphere. Ananke – the goddess of necessity, compulsion and inevitability. She was incorporeal (spirit and not matter) and of serpentine form. She cracked open the world egg in the necessity of creation. Erebos – the immortal god of the mists of darkness which fill the upper atmosphere. His darkness was sunk into the Earth and surrounded the Underworld. Eros (not to be confused with the Eros of future generations) – god of generation. Also known as Phanes, he was the ‘driving’ force which drove the Universe into a creative frenzy. As the Immortal god of generation, the creator god, he sprung forth from the silver egg of creation at the beginning of time and set the order of the Universe. Hemera – the personification of Day, rose from the ends of Earth to scatter the darkness of Night, she was spread throughout the heavens by her Mother Nyx to allow the blue of Aether to shine on the Earth. Hydros – Water. Together with Earth they formed mud and was usually equated with the Titan god of fresh water Okeanos. Khaos – goddess of the lower air. She filled the gap between Aether in the upper air and the Earth floor. She was the mother of the other airs Erebos, Nyx, Aether and Hemera. Khronos – the immortal god of time was the first being to emerge at creation in self. He was incorporeal and was attributed with 3 heads and a serpent’s tail and circled the whole of creation. The Nesoi – The islands and rocky forms that break from the earth to protrude from the sea. Nyx – the Night. She would draw the mists of her consort Erebos over the heavens to make it dark. She was depicted as a woman with a star encrusted mantle. Okeanos – The great Earth encircling fresh water river. From him flow every river, spring and rain bearing cloud. He was a horned man with a serpentine fish instead of legs. Ouranos – The solid dome of Heaven. His form stretches from one horizon to the other, he sprung from Gaea at creation. The Ourea – The mountains, born of the Earth. Phusis – The Protogenos of nature. Mother Nature was a different spirit to Gaea and encompasses the collective spirit of creation on Earth. Pontos – The primal god of the salty sea born of Gaea. Tartaros – The Protogenos of the stormy fire pit which lay beneath the crust of the Earth. Tethys – The goddess of the flow of fresh water throughout the Earth. The form of nourishment for all of Mother Nature. Thalassa – The goddess of the surface of the sea. The tention that keeps the water liquid and separate. Born of Aether and Hemera, she mixed with the deep waters of Pontos the sea. Thesis – The Protogenos of creation itself. The goddess of all that came forth from the moment of creation itself.

Cancer is like a virus program which infect Internet computers and spreads on and on with time; if not stopped by a effective Anti Virus software it will make your computer to infect completely and make it useless for you and it will also spread to other healthy computers on the Internet as the data travels to other computer on the Internet and will keep infecting. In a similar way if Cancer cells not killed by the body it will pass on from one organ in the body of a person to another organ and keep spreading and person will die eventually after spending $20,000 to $5 Millions and relatives become so sad fro untimely demise. This article addresses more preventive side of Cancer and change of life style to live longer and happy. Why do People have Cancer? Cancer is more pronounced in developed countries unlike poorer countries. / The reason is that the people is developed countries have a different complex lifestyle -use Mobile Phones, Microwave emitting electromagnetic radiation which causes Cancer, Fridges and eat 4 times out of date old meat with high level of toxic preservatives and people in poor countries eat one meal but fresh food and relatively simpler lifestyle. This makes developed country people over eat the large quantity of meat; coupled with sedentary life style like commuting with cars; watching TV, Channels and become obese quickly. / There is also a mad cow decease which is also incurable. I witnessed an alarming incident as a 10 year kid, the scenario was that a cow which was being sold to a man (butcher) and to my amazement the cow started making horrible sounds and jumping; as she recognized that this butcher will purchase her; and she will be killed by the butcher. So you can see that in agitated mental state animal ( Cow) also secrete the toxic enzymes when they know they are going to die and lead to mad cow decease. I am not saying whether you eat meat or not it is your decision but you have to live with consequences of your choice as well. Everyone has a free choice to live and die and no one lives for ever either. In the past, so many civilizations live and died the world over; because of unmanageable deceases. Cancer is a silently spreading decease and emerges when it is too late. But people think, it is not their chance, no need to worry. / But something is called Wisdom so you sort out what is working for you and what is not working for you. Our body is the result of the type of food we eat which makes blood contains red blood cells , white blood cells , Antibodies, plasma etc and the blood passes through our head having mind and our spirit. So body, mind and spirit integrate. Your body is a temple; respect it, you ought to eat what is right for you. Learn not only by your own experience but experiences of the other people in the past. / So, the reason is simple it the Food Chain which have mainly extremely toxic preservatives used by food manufacturers to enhance the shelf life; you can check your fridge as they write keep beef /Lamb for 2 years, Fish 1 ½ Years and so on. Our bodies have to fight Cancer cells 6 to 10 times during our life span. / God or Nature has given us the Antibodies and white blood cells in combination, as a biological anti virus to kill any cancerous cells which are foreign cells infecting the body. Unfortunately, Doctors , have limiting knowledge and still doing research and tying to find it out exactly but currently do not have a cure for the Cancer. So I have to say with sadness that the current doctors and the surgeons are not more than the butchers in desperation by doing Chemotherapy and the double mastectomy. My heart weeps to see our ladies going to such a unfortunate end. It should be stopped patient have dignity; a hope for the better recovery of patients. Chemotherapy is used in desperation to annihilate ( kill) majority of cancerous cells but healthy cells are also killed ; consequently, does not work due to the loss of resistance of the patient as the healthy white blood cells and antibodies also die. So recovery of patient is hampered and results in loss of hairs, extremely poor health due to toxic dose of harmful radiation through out the patient’s body. / Doctors are unable to stop the spread of cancer as cancerous cells move all over the bodies throughout the arteries and veins and get concentrated on certain body parts, organs and glands. So patient can live for few more years with reduced quality of life. CANCER is completely treatable without any surgery by changing your life style to enhance your natural resistance and immunity by enabling your antibodies can kill cancer cells which happens 6 to 10 times in each healthy body during their life span so there is hope. Even a cancer patient can change their life style and receive enhanced level of immunity and life a longer life with good quality. You have to change your life style make it simpler. Please note Cancer thrives in acidic body environement ( PH Negative) and need to counter it by base enviroenment (PH -Positive ) , to make your body a neutral environment ( PH – Zero). Even Anger and worries create acidic environment in the persons bady and invites Cancerous cells to flourish as antibodies are suppressed so they do not kill the Cancerous cells and it spreads. At 12:00 pm lunch time : Eat Fresh fruits and vegetables, like apples, bananas, almonds, grapes, dry fruits, green vegetables, whole-meal bread, honey, sultanas etc. / 5. So you you also upload your anxieties and worries to God or Nature which is running the whole world. / 23. We are a small part in Gods or Natures design. No one lives for ever and we all have a boxed date. When you realise it your all worries are gone, mind starts working and being a master copntols your body better, Worries create an acidic environement in the mind and which flows with the blood circulation in the body. Cancer and diseases thrive in the acidic body environment ( PH negative). We need base environment ( PH-Positive) to neutralise acidic environment to neutral environment ( PH Zero).   .....that I am involved with many different online artist communities and for this past year have had many friends and affiliates bring this redbubble site to my attention, as we all know there are only so many hours in the day so sometimes it’s really difficult to just join up in another area just for the heck of it, I believe that the sites should be set up right with a certain amount of time allocated to networking and commenting and interacting. Well about 2 weeks ago i had some downtime at about 4am in the morning and this big kid just needed a new sandbox to play in, so wha-la! My redbubble gallery became a reality…...the bottom line is I have been so inspired by all the great creators I have met here and have instantly made many new affiliates and friends from all walks of life and from all parts of the world…..I want to thank each and everyone of you for visiting and commenting and supporting my arteology creations…...I have also been telling many others about redbubble and trying to do my best to encourage as all of you have encouraged me…..life is in my way of thinking all about inspirations and the best we can do is to try and “radiate” good creative energies to others.   “Did you feel it?” That is the most common thing said after most earthquakes in California! And, today was no exception! I woke u…

  “Did you feel it?” That is the most common thing said after most earthquakes in California! And, today was no exception! I woke up screaming this morning as the earth shook viciously. Glass went flying and I cut my hand!!!! Ouch! It hurts! California experienced a fierce shaker just before noon (my morning, since I was still asleep). It was not as big as some of the shakers we’ve had in the past, but it was centered close to where I live (too close for comfort – 5 miles away, yikes) and so our house was shaken bad. It is true – I screamed like a little girl (and scared my partner awake) and ran to the doorway. I am so afraid of these things, so my nerves are jolted. Plus, it does not help that in the distance you can hear sirens. Phones were dead (including cell phones) for the first several minutes and the only way to contact anyone was through e-mail. My parents were eating at a local joint and they ran outside – mom left her cane behind. Well, I have to go nurse my bleeding hand and deal with all the aftershocks that are rocking our world currently. Plus, I need to run along and turn on the local news so I can here them interview everybody in the area and see if they “felt it”. Pray for us Californians. Please. Here is a news link on Yahoo: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080729/ap_on_re_us/california_earthquake It says it was a 5.8, but the news is saying 5.9/6.0. One thing about every earthquake is that they always give a conservative estimate and then work their way up. By the end of the day, it could be a 7.0! LOL! It’s happened before! God bless everyone else in the Southern California area (I hear they felt it in Las Vegas too) and all those everywhere else…please send us your prayers! Our jolted nerves need it! We will be dealing with aftershocks for at least a week, if not more. And, we are praying that this is the actual earthquake and NOT a fore shock, cause that would be bad!!! I have to go. I am all shook up. I may be away for more than a day to recover… My best to all! ~ Brian P.S. Oh, and Milo, our cat, is okay too! He is old, so we were worried. He was shaken but not stirred! Although, he did refuse to come in the house for awhile! Pets are so easily forgotten during these times!

  Non-fiction A walk is a great idea A walk in England is a pleasure, a better idea than a drive, I mean. A walk in the English countryside is a most divine experience. You can either lose yourself or discover yourself, a great experience, either way. A back-pack of essentials (depends on your cravings, whims, vices or cares) a camera, a well covered body, a free mind and a searching soul is all I had during those several walks spanning just short of nine months’ wandering in England. On most days, my back-pack of essentials contained a jacket, water bottles, a few cans of beer, home-made sandwiches, munchies picked from Tesco, Lidl or even Somerfields, a note-book, a few cameras mostly bought from 99 P or £ 1 shops. It was only in November 2004 that I was able to buy a decent replacement for my lost cameras during my homeless days. 46, Amberley Road, Slough, Berkshire is where most of my memorable walks originated from and ended. I have no reason to think that I’m someone so special that Dr.Bola brought me to his house here, set me up in one of the twin attics, showed me around the house, explained the intricacies of the kitchen, the bath, handed me a set of duplicate keys to his entire house and asked to make myself comfortable. Once you are on Peascod Street, the high Street of Windsor, you are in a different world altogether from the rest of the Berkshire County. This street has the charm that can surpass that of being on Oxford Street or the Regent Street in the heart of London, which are rather, quite, flat. Peascod St. descends from the hillock on which the Windsor Castle is situated. Probably it’s the slope that gives it the charm of being on a hill station and the absence of any vehicular traffic makes it much more relaxed and the absence of the noise of Central London makes it far more pleasurable than the areas that I have combed with my pair of 54 years old legs. I’m told that I walk a lot. Lot more than many people that we know. Once I’d stocked my backpack with essentials from Waitrose, my favorite F&B store in Windsor which is a division of the famous Marks & Spencer chain and most reasonably priced, I would climb the slope of the street, go around the castle and settle down on my favorite bench by the river Thames facing Eton with Windsor just behind my back. ..........

I wish I d done it myself-it’s not like the thought hadn’t crossed my mind-but the last time I took a photo in a supermarket was 1994… (and they were great! I don’t know if my sister would still still two humungous balls of wool up her top and pretend to dance with them, but I have evidence on film that she once did!) plus, someone who must’ve read my mind as a kid. I was an architect in year 3 and designed houses like this! (of course, much planning, didn’t decide to be one officially in adulthood/do all the study) I went further-the water feature out front came inside and in places there was like glass over the top you could walk on and see them below.
