This is in honour of my 5-year old son’s first ever game of rugby, for the under-7’s Zingari team in Dunedin a few weeks ago. Have to admit my wee man did not get quite as enthusiastic as these guys, he was a bit overwhelmed by the whole thing and refused to get on the field. He is slowly getting more confident, so I thought I would do a picture of what he would look like running with the ball and enjoying himself, in the hope that it might encourage him to actually get anywhere near the ball and to get out there and enjoy himself :) :) Watercolour Pencil on 300 gsm watercolour paper

Dunedin Railway station opened in 1906. The actual building is in the revived Flemish renaissance style and the platform the longest in New Zealand at 1km long. When opened the station handled up to 100 trains a day. This garden is in front of the railway station.
